Well-equipped and clean apartment. We had an issue with the fridge, but Jose willingly offered to help us. He was very responsive and helpful. The apartment is close to the city centre and there’s a supermarket nearby. We loved our stay! We’d definitely recommend it!

The apartment was in perfect condition, and it is just as Marcos describes in the listing. Very well located, and to see the lights at Christmas everything was very close. It's true that the camping gas that the house has for heating didn't seem enough to us, and the hot water in the shower ran out quickly. Likewise, the stay was magnificent and Marcos was a very friendly host.

Had a great stay! The location is super central with direct access to restaurants, shops and sights to see. The metro is also right outside the door. The apartment itself was great. Modern and cozy with exposed rafters and wooden roof. The only downside was that the area just across the road from the front door seems to be a hotspot for drug users and homeless people. They did not interact with us and didn’t become a problem, but it could feel a bit sketchy at night with ~10 people there. If you’re the kind of person who would be uncomfortable in that situation, keep that in mind. Despite this I’ve kept my review at 5 stars because everything with the apartment, it’s location and wonderful host was fantastic.

This is one of the best apartments I have ever stayed in. It's superb, right in the heart of Ourense. so close to fabulous cafes, bars and restaurants and to some wonderful sights such as the cathedral. The apartment is pristine , just perfect for a short stay. Iria is an amazing host. I had a few problems with the registration but Iria was so amazingly helpful in sorting it out for me and relieving my stress. She have some fabulous recommendations for lovely places to eat too.
