The bathrooms onshore were just a short walk away, well-maintained, and nicely set up, so no worries about comfort. We stayed 1 night on Jaime's boat (2 adults and 3 children). Jaime was friendly, attentive, and available. The listing description is quite accurate. The boat is even a little more spacious than the pictures suggest. Although there is a shower on the boat, we use the Marina's bathhouse, which is more spacious and convenient but leaves something to be wished for in terms of cleanliness, a fact that of course is completely outside of the host. I highly recommend families with children looking for a different experience.

A beautiful setting in the Douro Marina. This was our first-time staying/sleeping on boat. A new experience!

A very special experience. The overnight stay on the charming yacht was a real highlight – with some extras that made the stay even more enjoyable. The reception by the host was warm and the briefing very understandable. We waived the private tour on the Douro River because of the rain – really a pity, but the experience was still completely successful.

Beautiful littlw boat

The stay on Antonio's boat was great! If I'm in Porto in the future, I'd rather stay at Antonio's boat than a hotel or apartment. The showers and toilets in the harbor are super clean, as is the boat itself. Communication with Antonio was great and he even gave us tips on how to best get to downtown Porto, which works great with e-scooters from the boat. I'd love to come back.

Very unique accommodation and perfectly located to access all the best parts of the city. Close to many great restaurants and in a setting I had not experienced before. Very good value as well, recommended

We loved our hosts. We loved the boat. Very clean and comfy. We had the host take us up river in a 4 hour tour that was wonderful. We made the mistake of thinking that the boat was docked in a larger town, closer to the wine country with restaurants and things we could walk to from the boat. It was very isolated in a small quiet town. If your looking for that you will love it .
