House vacation rentals in Minh Phú

The experience was fantastic, and I wholeheartedly recommend it. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there; the room was splendid, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was perfect. However, please be cautious with directions as the remote location can be confusing to find. We encountered an issue with the address. The owner of the place had mistakenly input the wrong address on Airbnb and sent the correct one via message. Consequently, we ended up going to the wrong place and paying double for taxis. Double-checking directions beforehand could prevent a similar inconvenience.

Ms Oanh was very communicative and was prompt. She also provided a housekeeper who was always available for us. The location is perfect to rewind and have some peace. The people around us was so nice and the housekeeper was always available to get us the stuff that we needed during our stay. This place is absolutely valued for price. PS - loved the pool floatie! :)

It was easy to find the accommodation, and there were shared amenities around the accommodation (restaurant, swimming pool, gym, etc.), so I was able to solve everything inside. All facilities were the same as the photos It was very nice and I enjoyed it comfortably before heading out. I highly recommend this place. ^ ^

Such a stunning location and the house is incredible, I was honestly worried it was a scam because it seemed too good to be true! The pool is beautiful overlooking the lake and the greenery, the kitchen is huge and the house itself is so modern and spacious. The karaoke room and billiards room are both such fun additions. There was also a little bbq grill and Travis even offered to have someone come and cook for us for an extra price which is such a great touch. Honestly we didn’t want to leave. Will definitely be staying again.

She was a very friendly and responsive host, the house was worth the price since there were plenty of rooms for only the 6 of us, few of the bathroom doors can't be closed but they were clean and spacious, a big plus was how she helped us to check out late since we had a baby and elderly with us and we also had quite a late flight that day

The villa was even better in person than what the photos show! Each room has its own bathroom, peaceful scenery, and privacy. The living room is large, comfortable, and had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a great accommodation!

Great stay in old quater hanoi!

Apartment is exactly as described. Right in old town so walkable to so many things (restaurants, bars, markets, etc). Both beds were comfortable. The area gets busy at night but the apartment is quiet inside (you can hear some noise if you’re in the bathroom but the main room is very quiet). Tea and Ryan sent a list of local recommendations and also offered to help us book tours. It was nice to have a washer and dryer, so we could leave with clean clothing.

Great accommodation, spacious. And the best part of it is definitely location! You are in the middle of everything while staying there. The host was very responsive and minor issues were solved immediately. There are all the touristic spots you can imagine - coffee shops, restaurants, big lake, water puppet show, massage parlours, hairdressers etc. The building itself is located in a cozy little alley. It's not perfectly quiet, but is away from main streets and heavy traffic. Recommended place, especially for a big group.

We spent 5 days with our two daughters in Minh’s flat and really enjoyed it. The place is small but very charming and comfortable. The location is ideal: walkable from the touristy areas it is also remote from it, in a quiet and more local street. And to top it up Minh was very easy to communicate with and eager to help in any way she could. We would definitely recommend this place if you are visiting Hanoi.

This is a hidden gem. Although getting to the accommodation might seem a bit sketchy at first, once you realize that it is just a local alleyway you will get use to it. When you open the door you will be greeted with a modern kitchen and apartment. All the beds are comfy and will provide a great nights sleep. It’s located in a busy part of town but since it’s located between buildings it’s actually pretty quiet considering where it’s located. Ha and co host provide everything you might need. It is a 5 story building so be prepared to walk up and down. Not great for elderly or disabled folks. Overall this is a great place for a family or group of friends. I would definitely recommend and will definitely stay here again!

Helpful host, help us to arrange luggage storage after check out

We had an excellent time staying at Olive Garden. We actually extended our stay twice. The surroundings were a peaceful sanctuary in an otherwise noisy and manic place. We walked to many of the attractions in Hanoi. There is a street market within a few minutes walk. We could buy tofu, vegetables and fruits. The house is spacious. We were happy to have separate living and sleeping spaces. We used the kitchen to make meals. The television is large and good quality. The bathroom has two fans and the water heated very quickly. We had plenty of towels. The air conditioning was effective and kept us cool. This was a great place to stay in Hanoi. Highly recommended if you like peace and quiet!

It was 100% the same as the photos, and above all, the location was great. I plan to visit again next time

Superb place to stay if you are in a big group. The hosts are AMAZING. Very helpful and extremely responsive. I've never met a host who respond so quickly. The place is very clean and has everything. All rooms are like mini apartments. 2 rooms have one king bed and 3 rooms have 2 double beds. So great for families. We all loved our stay. Whenever we used to go for our day trips they'd clean up the place. They would even fold our clothes lying around. Note: first floor has 1 room. 2nd floor has 2 rooms. 3rd floor has 2 rooms. 4th floor has game room and outdoor bar area with laundry machines. So be mindful that there are a lot of stairs. Moving luggage became a little difficult. Besides that everything was perfect.

We had a wonderful stay! The rooms were spacious, well-lit, and each had its own private bathroom – a huge plus. The place was impeccably clean and had a warm, welcoming atmosphere that truly felt like home. The host was exceptionally responsive and readily assisted us with an emergency weather situation. Tuan was a wonderful host! The team was very responsive and gave local recommendations. They were also very accommodating. The location is prime in old quarters without being too noisy/close to bar street. It's across from a coffee shop which was a nice way to start the day. The place itself was charming and we felt cool even in June. Would definitely stay again!

The stay was pleasant

Stayed here for 2 nights. We are all girls travelling and I was the first one to arrive. The place was very easy to find although the dark alleyway and stairs surprised me. If you have a large luggage and you’re alone, it might be tricky. The host was responsive and the place was very clean and complete! We used the washer and dryer. Bed was big and comfy. Pillows were so soft!! Overall love our stay. Great location! Near everything!! Although when I first arrived at 11:30 am I didnt get to leave my luggage right away. I’m not sure if communication/language issue or if the key box was just tricky to open! Hahah I stayed at the top of the stairs for 30 mins until 12nn (cus I dont want to go down and up the stairs with my luggage) waiting for the housekeeper and turns out I could just actually open the door and not wait for her since the previous guests already left 😅 But anyway I went back at 2pm and the place was now cleaned and ready! 🤍 I will recommend this place to my friends!!!

It was our 1st time in Vietnam and hence we wanted an apartment so that we get to stay the way we wanted (I mean homely).We were 2 families i.e 2 couples w/ a daughter each. Tbh, we got more than what we expected.1st f all Thu let us chkd-in an hr b4 the check in time which was a huge respite for us as we landed at 5:40 am. This house was super easy to locate and easily reachable by cab/taxi. Thu was more than proactive in letting us know about the surroundings, eateries, shops etc. She greeted us like one of her family members and honestly none of us really expected such warmth and welcoming in a foreign country. This house was more than comfortable for us as we got the access for the whole house, i.e. Gr flr (parking area), 1st flr kitchen w/ living area, 3 bedrooms with atchd bath in respective floors with another the terrace too which was just perfect to wash your clothes and dry them up. Thu infact helped us to get our clothes (plenty of them) dry which was unbelievable gesture.

It was a privilege and pleasure to stay at Dzung’s place. A beautiful oasis with great facilities. The exceptional and proactive support from Dzung and her team was greatly appreciated. The place has everything needed for a restful stay in beautiful countryside, with the added bonus of a small pub/restaurant and a lovely cafe/restaurant with great views within a few minutes walk. Can certainly recommend.
