180° Sea Views-3 Minute Drive to Town.

VictoriaRating, 5 stars6 days ago
Martin & Helen are fabulous hosts. They responded quickly to any messages sent and have been welcoming and friendly. We stayed at their stunning airbnb for 4 nights and had a fantastic time. The views are absolutely stunning, they include The Great Orme, Little Orme, Sea views and Llandudno town. The outside area was perfect! Not overlooked and very peaceful. Accommodation was spotlessly clean, very comfy bed and the shower was amazing! The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. My friend and I are keen walkers and explored The Great Orme on the first day. This is doable from the accommodation if you have relatively good fitness. Town centre is approximately a 40 minute walk away but did see buses on the main road. The Penrhyn Arms is a 15 minute walk away and served wood-fired pizza in a great beer garden. We couldn't pass up the opportunity to do The Little Orme as it's very close by. Overall a fantastic place which we will surely return to. Thank you, Vicky & Alison
A view from the window presents a scenic outlook over Porthmadog harbour. The foreground features a stone wall adorned with greenery, while a small table and chairs sit on the patio. Vehicles can be seen parked along the waterfront, complemented by distant hills under a bright sky.

Limekiln cottage

Terry was a great host and very helpful with great response times during our stay. He provided clear instructions for check in and parking and provided photos. His space was beautiful and had a great location, as it was super walkable. Would recommend for anyone in the area wanting to check out the beautiful town and close by hikes.

Lovely stay and perfect place as we wanted to visit PortMerrion for the day, we walked there had a lovely lunch at Castell Dueraeth before entering Portmerrion, we were lucky as had perfect weather! The only thing was noisy teenagers in the park across the road at 2am but we did have the windows open as it was a warm evening x Parking is great across the road too.

Snowdonia 2 bed cottage, log burner, amazing views

EmmaRating, 5 stars4 days ago
As it has rightly said before, Tyn Y Coed and its hosts are exceptional. The directions provided were perfectly clear, the outside of the building may not be anything special, but the setting is idyllic, the garden is lovely, the views are spectacular and it has been furnished to a high standard, with an impressive attention to detail. Everything has been thought of. There’s a wealth of information in the folder, loads of local books and maps. Also it is truly dog-friendly. We forgot ours’ dog bowl, to find there were 2 in the kitchen cupboard. Would love to return, for a little longer next time. Thank you very much.

Cosy Restored 17th Century Barn with Log Burner

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We found the cottage easily from Delyth's directions... on arrival, it was spotlessly clean, and was more than perfect for our long weekend stay. There are unbelievable views across the valley to Snowdonia from the seating area at the back of the cottage - the whole weekend was just what we needed - the perfect mix of relaxation and exploring the area. A short walk into beautiful Beddgelert, where there are lovely cafes, shops and pubs serving food.

Private riverside hut amidst Snowdonia birdsong

The hut was an amazing place to stay; cozy, secluded and surrounded by nature. It was incredibly peaceful and made for the most beautiful get-away. It had everything we need and Ned was really helpful. We initially booked for two nights and ended up staying for one more. We are definitely hoping to return!
