When Heather’s place was an option, it was a no brainer. Her place was perfect for us and convenient to our daughter’s triathlon. Highly recommend.

We rented the whole house for my entire family and it was great! It was nice thar every room had its own bathroom and the kitchen was fully stocked so easy to cook in. You can walk into town and the yard was nice for the kids to run around in. We would stay again!

An awesome experience like none other, we were there celebrating our twins 16th birthday and to say they loved it is an understatement! Lots to do from hiking, swimming in the Brazos, axe throwing, feeding animals to creating figurines and painting rocks. Lots to do, relax in the hot tub after activities but lots to do, Bill, Linda and Trista have lots to offer out here! We hope to be back in the future and experience their place again! What an amazing place to stay! We stayed over Thanksgiving and it was close enough to Ft. Worth to visit friends and Granbury where we had some work to do the next couple of days. Super peaceful and comfortable! Wish we had more time to be able to explore the ranch! The shower was fantastic and I was determined to use the hot tub even though it was cold outside! Really unique experience staying in a safari tent. I highly recommend it!

Kathy is a great host! She is very responsive and made sure we were taken care of. The place is also very unique. Love the atmosphere!

Kim was awesome with communication before and when I checked in. Upon learning that I'm also a musician like she and her husband, she offered me tickets to see them perform with the Ft Worth Symphony! While I didn't have time to use the tickets the offer was really appreciated! Loved everything about my stay!

Ayesha is the perfect host - she is very friendly and responsive to questions and requests. We loved staying in the her lovely home in the Fairmount neighborhood. It is in easy walking distance to a number of unique restaurants and night spots on Magnolia Avenue, and was perfect for our family of three teenagers and a dog. The kitchen had everything we needed for meal preparation, and the fenced yard and off-street parking are a big plus in that area.

What a fabulous place and stay. We will 100% be coming back annually. Our 6 year old daughter got to wake up, walk outside and pet horses or feed bunnies by hand. I can’t recommend this place or Helen enough. It’s an absolute gem and unique experience!

Best long term rental! Place is comfortable, clean, and has everything you might need. The hosts are always responsive and kind. They made the place truly feel like our home. Would only stay at one of Nelson and Lissa’s places when needing a rental in Glen Rose!

This house and the property were absolutely perfect for a family getaway. The kids absolutely loved playing outside, we rode ATVS, roasted marshmellows, played in the hot tub. They also enjoyed playing with barn kittens. The house was just beautiful! And so much space for all to enjoy, i would come back and recommend this property!!

Place was an older home but very comfortable. The A/C worked fantastic and was cool upon arrival. Very friendly neighbors. One thing that would make this place better would be a boat dock which we knew didn’t have one but the pool was worth it. Very responsive with messages especially since we booked last minute. Beds were comfortable and plenty of sitting room inside the house and screened in porch. We enjoyed the grills for outside cooking. Very large refrigerator and freezer for cooking meals. The kitchen was not 100 percent but nothing bad. I think the problem are guest not treating the place with respect and making sure they clean up after themselves. We had a great time and will book again!

Sergio was a great host and the house was a lovely getaway close to Benbrook Lake. We enjoyed the privacy and the amenities. Everything was spotless and we had a great time gathering as a family on this property. The artwork was very interesting and a topic of conversation for us all. We enjoyed the game room, the pool and the spacious kitchen, dining, family area. There was plenty of parking in the circle drive and access was very easy. We will definitely be coming back for future family get togethers! One small note for people using Google Maps when selecting this property, the road is gated from the park area. Great for privacy but expect to walk to the lake or drive around through the main entrance.

I felt so cozy and comfortable. Staff was friendly and responsive. Easy to find and close to interstate and good restaurants close. I would stay again!!!

We had a great time on our last OK family trip on the season. Very comfortable place to stay and good location. We will be back.

Serenely peaceful - exactly what we needed! We really enjoyed our stay in the cabin. The amount of butterflies, wildflowers, morning birdsong, and gorgeous scenery surrounding this lush little escape is just idyllic. Thanks again for a wonderful getaway!

We had a great stay at stay. The house was very clean and comfortable with lots of space for a large group. The pool was a little dirty, but we still enjoyed swimming. The yard looked like it had not had any attention other than mowing. The landscape all needed trimmed and could have made the front and back yard even more beautiful. The dock was fabulous and we enjoyed fishing. The grill in the back yard needed a good cleaning or replacing. Would definitely stay here again, the hosts were very nice!

Lizzie and David were great hosts! Very proactive and responsive and genuinely cared about making sure we were comfortable. The space was perfect to relax and chill.

very unique guest house that is beautifully decorated and all modern amenities. I love the mix of old and new -- it was so comfy! Reading the news articles of the dairy and other framed memorabilia -- it was like a time capsule and very interesting. This place has great history and was great to see it preserved so well. Highly recommend!
