River's Edge - Private Suite
Our home is located in historic Louisa County in Central Virginia on a five-acre wooded lot facing the South Anna River. Richmond is 30 minutes away and Charlottesville is less than an hour. The entire lower level of our home is used for the Airbnb. (We live in the upper level.) The decor is "homey" with some personal items. Children, pets, and smoking are not allowed. The internet is fast and cell phones work with WiFi calling. Food deliveries are not available due to our remote location.

Game room has Billard's, Foosball, Ping Pong, Pinball machine, Putt Putt golf, & bean bag toss (cornhole). The Boat House has 4 lounge chairs and free kayaks & paddle boards to use. Tie up your own boat to the dock or boat rental. Fishing is Free from the boat house. Across the street is The Boardwalk, which is Tims restraunt & Crabhouse & Bar, Moo Thru Ice Cream, Delli, & Miniature Golf.

Bison Farm - Cabin "Brisa"
Bison Farm cabin in a very secluded section toward the back side of a 300 acre working bison farm. This is a tiny home Park Model with 400 sq. ft. and a nice spacious covered deck providing an outdoor living room. The kitchen has a 2-burner induction cook-top, a convection oven that is also a microwave and a small refrigerator and freezer two drawer unit that has decent space but is not a full sized appliance. Note: bison rotate pastures daily. Please don't expect them in your cabin view.
