There is also a Wi-Fi environment in the facility, so please use it for long-term stays and trips as a base for work and Izu travel. The kitchen is equipped with simple cooking utensils, dishes and seasonings in a bite cooker (gas). We also offer free rental items that guests can use.Bicycles and kickboards are free of charge, so please feel free to use them during your stay. If you would like to have a BBQ, please refer to the House Rules for details. In addition, the facility is non-smoking, so please smoke outdoors. Check your house rules for smoking areas. Access is 3 minutes on foot from Izukyu Shimoda Station, 10 minutes by bus from Izukyu Shimoda Station, and 5 minutes by car from Izukyu Shimoda Station. There is also free parking on the premises, so you are more than welcome to come by car! ※ Please note that the bath will be an outdoor unit shower.

For the day before the holiday and in the high season, we ask for more than 8 people to use it for more than 8 people. We can accommodate up to 16 guests. From the garden, you can see Mt. Omuro and Mt. Amagi.Sometimes squirrels cross the trees in the garden, and in spring you can see the cherry blossoms in full bloom. You can also enjoy a barbecue on the terrace overlooking the sea.(¥5,000 for barbecue grill rental and gas) From the living room of more than 100 square meters, you can overlook the sea, and on days with good visibility, you can also see Izu 7 islands. In front of the Iridahama Beach. It is a charge for 2 people per room. 1 mins to get into the sea by wearing a swimsuit.From the veranda, you have 180 degrees over the ocean.Cottage with upstairs room loft. There is only one group of accommodations per day, so you can stay without worrying about COVID-19. 12 tatami mats Western-style living room and loft (bedroom) toilet (with washlet) separate bathroom Parking for 1 guest is free. On the day of check-in, you can park free of charge even before check-in (before 15:00), but it will be charged after check-out. I don't think it's suitable for work because the wifi situation is not very good. Security cameras are installed in the on-site parking lot and the guest house entrance (by the stairs). Entry to the second floor of the room is prohibited on the premises other than guests. (Only guests submitted at the time of booking and check-in are available for entry and use of facilities) No change in the number of guests after booking.

Trying to open up your five senses and gain what you need in this COVID-19 situation :-) Ajiro is the small town of Atami and has so many yummy local restaurants and great activities such as fishing and water activities at the beach. It is only 4minutes away from Kinomiya station and 9 minutes away from Atami station by car. This designer house was renovated in December 2021, and features a Japanese-modern style with a clean atmosphere. In a garden, there is a stone outdoor hot spring bath which provides a relaxing view.
