Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Minamifurano, Sorachi District

Very nice place for our ski holiday! Would gladly return. A word of caution the stairs to the upstairs loft are very steep and take some getting used to.

Thank you lots for showing us around the place and explaining how everything works. The house had all the amenities and there was so much to do around. The scenery was beautiful and we even got to see some deer and a rabbit. We would love to come back in the future! Thank you.

Nice stay, it’s a different place as it’s a coffee shop which is used as an air BnB it seems but it was good! It would benefit from some darker blinds and maybe a sofa to relax instead of just coffee tables and chairs. Location and host were excellent, we would stay again!

This place is amazing. We'll be back. Amazing views and amazing appliances including the washer/drier. A beautiful and quick walk to the slopes and you can ski through the abandoned hotel back to the accommodation (which was always an adventure and a laugh). Easy walk to bars/restaurants. Oh, and the Toto toilet is awesome! Best toilet in the world, I actually started conversations with it as it greeted me when I walked in. You will not be disappointed if you stay here.

Obara’s place really felt like a traditional Japanese home with everything you needed! It’s very family and pet friendly and I would highly recommend it. A car is definitely needed as I didn’t see any public access. There are also a lot of nice and good shops around (chocolate, ramen etc). Additionally, Obara really went above and beyond as a host. I lost an item shortly after I left and he made such a big effort to check the whole house when he didn’t even need to and it was greatly appreciated. He also gave welcome snacks at the start and also respected our privacy in a shared space (if sharing the space is a concern for you). Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Yuki’s place is perfect! We loved the location and the scenery. It met with all our needs . Accessibility to the ski slopes, the shops, the restaurants is super convenient. A small tip though, a peeler and a cheese grater in the kitchen would be good:-) The hallway toilet sometimes gives a bad smell. But otherwise, a perfect place and I highly recommend this place for people who want a quiet place close to nature. Yuki was also very helpful with our needs and questions. Thank you. We look forward to coming back here, to Yuki's Villa again.

Beautifully cleaned cabin.There was a hammock hanging in the room, and there were plenty of board games and books, so the children were very excited. It was late August, but it was very cool at night, and I was able to relax while sourcing ingredients and alcohol at the roadside station and nearby shops to enjoy the taste of Hokkaido.

There were two beds on the first and second floors, so four men used the space comfortably. Nearby mart If you buy firewood, you can use the fireplace in the living room. The host is very kind and has information about nearby restaurants and tourist information in the accommodation. I highly recommend it.

Mineto and Miwa's place is a beautiful traditional Japanese house. They are very friendly and always respond to our needs. The house is comfortable and we had a wonderful stay.
