Beautiful and excellent location for those who want going to the beach. Right in front, with umbrellas, towels, beach chairs, etc. The apartment is very nice, comfortable and with everything you may need. The view from the balcony is so beautiful and relaxing. We will be back with no doubt!!

I had a pleasant stay. Convenient location, 7 min walk from the metro. Beach area is 30 min walk or you may take a taxi. The studio is compact by Dubai standards, but it's ok for a solo traveler or a couple. All amenities are there. The building not brand new but well maintained. On the top floor there is a spacious gym and a pool for residents, only bring your own water and towels. The host was responsive. Will come again.

A beautiful, new apartment located right next to the footbridge on the Dubai Water Canal. Ideally located for Jumeirah and easy to get around Dubai. Simple checkin process with the building concierge. Felix was a great host too - very responsive and helpful. Thanks! Top tip - if you stay here and like Chinese food, try Chinese Pavilion restaurant, it’s a five minute walk from the apartment by the canal, and the food is just fantastic.

Amazing airbnb at a great location. It is very centrally located in Dubai and it has some great facilities on walking distance. The location also offers four high quality restaurants just around the corner on walking distance. The swimming pools are nice and quiet and the kids pool was great for our kid. What was very important for us, was that there will be no noise of either construction, neighbours or mosque's call to prayer. This place was perfect to avoid these noises and it was absolutely quiet. The only downside was that check-in and location information was only shared on the arrival day, which is difficult when you plan everything ahead and when phone coverage is not great when traveling. Still everything was great and it was a 5-star experience and a place to come back to!

We've been to Dubai a few times and we liked Airbnb very much. We wanted to go to the city this time, then of course there is more going on. It's quieter on the palm tree. We were very satisfied with the apartment and the pool was awesome, the staff very friendly and helpful. The gym had some old equipment but that wasn't the most important thing on vacation 😉 we will be happy to come back.

I had a fantastic stay at this property! The unit was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had a unique charm that set it apart from the typical UAE style—more serene, cozy, and full of character. The ambience was refreshing and made for a truly relaxing experience. The host was incredibly kind and attentive, making sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. An added bonus—there are a few friendly cats around the property, which I personally loved! Just something to keep in mind if you're not a fan of animals. Really nice spacious and spotless apt with toiletries and tea making facilities. Mistakingly I had booked a wrong date which was difficult to change but with Airbnbs help the host offered a solution, which I didn't take in the end as I had to pay extra. I was allowed to check in an hour early but found the check out at 10 am very early. Would definitely be a return customer.

Beautiful and clean apartment in the heart of Downtown

Guys, this is with my personal experience. If you want a private place with beautiful view but in the center of marina. Don't miss this, trust me I've stayed in many properties listed in marina but nothing could match mikhail's place. Also he is so responsive, available all the time. Thanks man! This is on my top lost always.

Wikki was a great host and the apartment was much more than I hoped it would be. I particularly appreciated the Nespresso machine and the huge TV with Airplay. I had coffee at dawn each day on the patio. With the small supermarket downstairs stocking everything I needed, I cooked every day for the entire week. The building is new and impeccably well maintained. The pool and outdoor space are lovely, and the gym is nicely equipped and never crowded. Would love to stay here again.

Excellent stay in the apartment. Bannia was there for everything I needed and responded very quickly. The apartment has everything necessary for a normal stay. If you are from Europe and need a phone charger with G plug, that is also solved and the apartment has it. Clean and tidy apartment. All recommendations.
