I present to you my little haven of tranquility with every comfort, located at the end of a cul-de-sac 500 m from the Océanes beaches, close to a bike path and shops, with reserved parking. On the ground floor, there is a living room open to a fully equipped kitchen and a veranda overlooking a small enclosed garden that is also fully equipped (table, sun lounger), all without being overlooked, as well as a bedroom, bathroom and toilet. Upstairs are two separate bedrooms with the possibility of a folding crib.

The house is located 30 meters from the central beach of Mimizan. Downtown is in the immediate vicinity of the house. The house is accessible by car through the entrance of the Royal Océan residence. The house has a private parking space. The house is not semi-detached and has a sheltered terrace with garden furniture. It is bordered by a large terrace. Equipped kitchen, large living/dining room, 3 bedrooms with double bed, a mezzanine with 1 single bed, shower room and separate toilet.

South side 150 m from the beach House 2 to 6 people

House in Mimizan Plage, south side, completely renovated, with all amenities, in a quiet area. Ideal location 150 m from the ocean (supervised beaches) 50 m from the current and the bridge, very nice for morning walks and sunset, 400 m from the market and at the foot of the cycle paths. Everything is within walking distance (shops, restaurants, entertainment…). 2 bedrooms, equipped kitchen, covered terrace. Possibility to park the car inside the enclosed property. Pets may be allowed.

80 m2 single-story townhouse, 1 floor for the sleeping area. On the ground floor, living room, fully equipped kitchen overlooking a large terrace. You are 30 meters from the ocean with these beautiful beaches, the forest right next door. To reach the center, or restaurant, bar... a ten-minute walk... Beach house 200 meters from the ocean

Small cozy townhouse of 60 m2, wood-clad, ideally located near the ocean on the south beach side, in a quiet area, close to shops. Here you can do everything on foot: beach, grocery shopping, nightlife, shops, fresh water stream. Guests can park their vehicle on the street for free. By bike, you will reach Lake Mimizan and its flowery promenade, Contis, Mimizan Bourg... For the summer, I prefer stays of at least a week.

Ideally located 50 m from the beach and 150 m from restaurants and shops, spend a relaxing vacation in this charming house. You will enjoy its garden with barbecue, clothes rack, private parking space and cellar for storing bikes, surfboards, etc. Inside, 8 beds are available (3 double beds and a sofa bed). Bed linen will be provided at an additional cost and upon request. Ideal geographical location.
