Superb place, the house is in a very peaceful and well maintained area, under the pines between the birds and the sea, ideal for disconnecting with the children. The house is very nice, bright and well-equipped and the host is available. Everything was perfect.

We had a wonderful time in Stéphanie's cottage. The place is great, everything you need is available. We have not seen the beach and the sunsets so beautifully in Europe. The communication and hospitality could not be better We fell in love and will definitely be back :)

The place looks better in reality than we expected from the photos. The house is equipped with everything you need. But the best thing was our hostess, who is very warm and friendly. We arrived an hour earlier than announced and the house cleaning was still in progress. Nevertheless, we were immediately admitted and offered a beer as a welcome. Should we be near Biscarrosse again, we will book this place again.

Family travel out of season. The accommodation is very well arranged and bright. The skatepark and the little games right next door kept the kids happy. Still a bit far from the beach to go with a stroller (except jogging), we got closer by car, no problem in low season 🙂

We had a great time at this house with our dog. We were hosted very well by the concierge. Everything was clean and in a very good condition. In addition, the decoration is done with great taste. We feel really good. With a big plus about having the beach 100m from the house (you even see the sand from the living room)! The small terrace is also nice for sunny days.

A spacious house, very pleasant to live in, with wood everywhere, both functional and atypical. The floor-to-ceiling windows let in the morning sun and sunset light. The outside, under the pine trees, is extraordinary ... being able to cook grills on the plancha or a wood-fired pizza while playing darts or ping pong is really exceptional. And when you get back from the beach, 10 minutes by bike, you can enjoy the outdoor shower and the sauna, also over a wood fire. What's more ... you have to come and spend a week, or 2, or 3, to understand how good we are here. Anyway ... we'll be back.

We enjoyed this lovely week in this rental. The villa is warm with sober and elegant decor, as described, practical, very well-equipped and offers comfortable bedding. It is an ideal rental for a family vacation, everything is provided for children. The very mixed weather did not stop us from enjoying the basin or the ocean (small beach a few minutes away). The only small downside, the boulevard that borders the villa is sometimes noisy.

Very good welcome from the owners who did their best to arrive a little before the mentioned time because we arrived earlier. The house is located in a very nice private enclosure! With the forest right across to go for beautiful hikes to the ocean. The house is very warm. The owners are very responsive to small problems.

A slice of paradise... We had a wonderful week as a couple at Marie Sarah & Josselin's pretty house. The quiet and soothing environment, the view, the neat decoration, the layout, everything we liked. It's a haven of peace where you'll have a relaxing vacation. Pretty walks are accessible all around, for oyster lovers you will be served with the different cabins nearby. We recommend 100% Thanks to the hosts for their sympathy.

Very good house, it had everything! We had a great week!

We had a great week at Stéphane's in April, the accommodation was very nice and we enjoyed more than one afternoon of relaxation in the sun after cycling the miles of bike paths. The bedding, bathroom, kitchen, board games offered, garden furniture and sun loungers were great! Stéphane always responded to our requests and even provided a Tancarville to dry the laundry in case of rain. Downtown Biscarrosse beach is a 2-minute walk away as well as the beautiful beach behind it! We highly recommend this rental which is well located and has a lot of charm with its woodwork. (Our 2 girls aged 14 and 16 slept in the mezzanine without worries but to be avoided for the little ones however).

Aurélie's house is pleasant and functional, not overlooked, with a terrace and fenced garden (very convenient for dogs). It is ideally located 10 min walk to the beach, surf spots, and 15 min to restaurants. We were able to do everything on foot or by bike We had a great stay and will be back as soon as possible!

Excellent stay in this lovely house where nothing is missing for a family of 4! It is in a very good location, between ocean and forest. The beautiful bike path is right next door, making it easy to cycle to Lespecier Beach and Contis Lighthouse. Mimizan is a very pleasant resort, full of activities to do and great hospitality from the locals. A perfect stay for us. The house is like new and what we appreciate most is that it has good kitchen utensils, since we like to cook. Very bright, quiet and close to many amenities. It has been a pleasure. And finally, thanks to Françoise who has been our contact.
