Our spacious apartment is suitable for families and close to all amenities in Mimizan Plage. The Résidence des Balcons des Pêcheurs is located on the edge of the Courant de Mimizan and 200 meters from Garluche Beach. Once you're settled in, you don't need the car; everything is within walking distance: the beach, pedestrian streets, supermarket, pharmacy, etc. In addition, you can take advantage of the Résidence's swimming pool, which you can see from the accommodation's terrace. Private parking lot.

Ideal location 150 m from the ocean (supervised beaches) 50 m from the current and the bridge, very nice for morning walks and sunset, 400 m from the market and at the foot of the cycle paths. Everything is within walking distance (shops, restaurants, entertainment…). 2 bedrooms, equipped kitchen, covered terrace. Possibility to park the car inside the enclosed property. Pets may be allowed.

Very nice Landes holiday house T3 (81 m2) with a capacity of 4 people, well located, not overlooked, ideally located 200 m from the beaches and 200 m from amenities while being quiet. It consists of 2 well exposed shade/sun terraces, on the ground floor: equipped kitchen, large bedrooms, living room, bathroom, separate toilet and upstairs a small bedroom. Put down your suitcases and your car and do everything on foot or by bike. You won't be disappointed, you'll have a pleasant stay.

Between forest and ocean

Access to the beach is through a small walkway at the edge of the forest, the surf school is right at the end. Behind the building, the bike path can take you to the lake or the village. A 5-minute walk away you will find the pedestrian street with its restaurants, bars, shops, entertainment and delicious ice cream. It's a bright, cozy and calm apartment. The bed will be made and towels will be available because don't forget, you're on vacation. The parking space is number 34.
