The annex is a converted stable block and offers our guests the comfort of a newly developed facility, with kitchenette, sofa area, bedroom space and luxury shower room. The Annex will provide you with all of the comforts of home, while you concentrate on enjoying the beauty of the surrounding area. We are bias, but love it!

The Old Smithy is set is a secluded valley on the river Tavy. It is a mile from the nearest road, down a private track through beautiful moorland and woodland.
