From October to April, the house is intended for 4 people, as the 2 beds are in an unheated annex. Real holiday coziness. 200 m to a child-friendly beach. The water is perfect for fishing for trout and mackerel, among other things. The price does not include linen, cloths, dish towels, towels. This can be purchased for 75,- (10 euros) extra/person. The house is bright and nice, contains kitchen, living room, small toilet with shower, 1 small bedroom with double box mattress (160x200), narrow staircase up to loft with double mattress and small room with 2 beds (80x190) for children. Fireplace wood stove. Nice terrace, there is a grill, sun loungers and garden furniture.

The style is bright and maritime, and although the cottage is small, there is plenty of room for 2 people and possibly also a small dog.

Located above the ground floor and is done in a personalized scandinavian style with calm colors and a lot of light. Private entrance from a staircase/balcony, view to forest and water. The apartment is fully furnished. Two bedrooms, spacious bathroom and a integrated kitchen/ living room. We live in the ground floor and are reachable at any time. City center is a ten minutes bike ride away.

We are close to the forest and beach meadow, 300 meters from a lovely beach, 1 km from Falsled Harbor, and from the completely unique eatery Falsled Kro. We are located right on the edge of Svanninge Bakker, and the area is very suitable for outdoor activities such as hiking, running and cycling. The Øhavsstien trail starts at Falsled Harbor.

Staying in our 75 square meter vacation apartment gives our guests a very special sense of vacation. When you open doors and windows, the sounds of the forest, the garden and the sea birds flow in. A scent of fresh sea air meets your nostrils. Our guests also experience the light as something very special. Especially when the evening sun sends its rays down on the surrounding islands, you have to pinch yourself to make sure you're not dreaming.

There are extensive nature trail systems in the area and the opportunity to fish in put'n take lakes.
