The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

Il est très bien desservi (Métro, tramway et bus à 5 min à pied). Tout confort : Séjour avec cuisine équipée, chambre séparée avec bloc climatisation. This nice, warm, functional and well-appointed studio has been renovated in a trendy decorative spirit. A pleasant sleeping area, separated by a glass wall, overlooks the living room and kitchen. It is located in a very quiet backyard on the ground floor. Its ideal location in the center of Oullins, at the foot of amenities will seduce you. It is 150 m from Oullins train station, metro, bus lines serving Lyon and southwestern Lyon. By car, access to the A7 motorway is 5 minutes away.

Spacious apt with wellness area, 15 min from Lyon

Relax in this stunning 50m² apartment with exposed beams, ideally located between Lyon and Vienne. For an even more luxurious experience, book a session in our wellness area, featuring a hot stone sauna and a Swedish jacuzzi. Access is available as an extra option for 15€/person, by reservation. Slots are open during the week from 9 PM to 11 PM, with flexible hours on weekends. The wellness area is independent and located just below your apartment on the ground floor.

This atypical studio offers a separate entrance on the ground floor with storage, washing machine/dryer and cupboards. Upstairs is a beautiful bright, modern and colorful space. The kitchen is perfectly equipped (stovetop, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, full dishes). You will also find a sleeping area with a super practical foldaway bed, a modern shower room with separate toilet. For your evenings, a video projector awaits you for a cozy movie at home.
