Perfect place in every way! I look forward to staying here any time I'm in the area. Everything is spotless, neighborhood feels remote, yet easy access to everything.

Charming Garden Home Riverside Park Area

EliezerRating, 5 stars3 days ago
Maureen’s home was a perfect driving distance from all of the places we were planning on visiting. Everything seemed to average between 10-15 minutes. Maureen was very hospitable as well. I highly recommend her location for anyone visiting Grand Rapids. Great price and great location.

Family Home w/ extra room. I repeat; a Family home

MariaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
This place is actually better than the photos! The lake is literally in their backyard. Beautiful and peaceful. I wish the weather was warmer I would have enjoyed the deck chairs and lake more. The bedroom has brown wood paneling and is the only dark room. Other rooms (bathroom, hallway and couch space) are renovated, light and bright. (You don’t feel like you’re in a basement). Motion sensor lights go on when you walk to your entrance at night.

The Granary at Redbud Farm

KelseyRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We would absolutely stay again! We were in the Granary, a tiny-house style room with the basics. It was a great stay -- comfortable bed, space heater, coffee pourover, mini fridge. We enjoyed having a bonfire and using the shared poolhouse, complete with pool table & a great little bar to sit at, as well as a full toilet. The composting toilet in the Granary itself was clean and easy to figure out, but it was nice to have a flushing toilet available as well. Loved meeting the kitties who wanted snuggles by the bonfire. Thanks for a great evening!

Quaint Cottage in Ottawa Hills

AbigailRating, 5 stars5 days ago
Bob and Amy are great hosts! The guest space is great and privately located in their basement - we didn't even know if, or when, they were home. Everything was super clean including the space itself and the bed. I bring a sound machine with me usually on trips, and to my surprise they had the same one plugged in and ready to go on the night stand! They also generously provided snacks in the kitchen area, water, soda, and fresh banana bread (which this pregnant lady appreciated!)...over all it was a great stay, great bang for your buck, and we will be back. Lovely place and location!

Suite with a Pup + Private Bathroom

ChristieRating, 5 stars2 days ago
I had a wonderful stay! The room had everything I needed for a comfortable solo trip—clean, cozy, and just the right amount of space. The house is located in a quiet and safe part of town, which made me feel at ease, especially when arriving late at night. Julianne and her husband were incredibly welcoming and kind. I was lucky to have some great conversations with them during my stay, which added a really personal touch to the experience. Their dog, Bravo, is absolutely lovely—friendly and well-behaved. If you're a dog person, you’ll enjoy his sweet presence around the home. They also provided helpful recommendations on local spots to eat and things to do, which made exploring the area much easier and more enjoyable. I’d definitely recommend staying here, especially if you're traveling solo and looking for a peaceful, friendly place to land.
