Vacation rentals with a patio in Millenia, Orlando

The room was very clean and in a convenient location close to shops, food, and universal! My family had an amazing time and would definitely recommend 10/10

Great place for the money best Universal. We liked having a kitchen and also having two beds/baths. It was well appointed and had all we needed.

I had a fantastic stay at The Taylor Inn @ Vista Cay in Orlando! The apartment was very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and even more spacious than it appeared in the pictures. The location was excellent—close to everything I needed—and the communication with the host was smooth and responsive throughout. I truly enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. In fact, I’m already planning my next stay

This place was outstanding. I loved the community and all it had to offer. The community is quiet and the people are super nice. The pool area made you feel like you were at the pool of someone rich. It had a grilling area, with mini fridges, flat screen tv’s, bar area, pool table, racket ball area and plenty of pool side chairs, with a nice fitness room. Everyone who lives in the community has open access to this area. There’s a 7-11 within walking distance. The apartment had a screened in patio area, which I fell in love with. The bathroom was large enough for multiple people to move around. Bedroom was nice and cozy, with the most comfortable bed. I loved it had a full size washer and dryer with detergent provided by the host ♥️. The living room sofa was also cozy to the point we didn’t mind sleeping in there also, it was a hard choice lol. Loved the kitchen with the bar stools. All the appliances were easy to use. What can I say, I loved this whole place.

Jesus was great - very responsive and always got back to me within minutes if I had any questions. The house was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures. Backyard was great and very private. The home had everything you could need and the appliances all seemed new and clean. Loved that he had the little extras like soap, shampoo, etc. We didn’t really spend too much time at the house, but it was wonderful that we could come home for an hour or two midday to take our dog for a walk and some play time, and be back at the park so quickly! Would definitely recommend this house if you are going to Universal!

The bungalow was a perfect home-away-from-home during our two week stay. Our hosts were kind, very responsive, and super generous with their time. They dropped off a spatula day-of when I couldn't find one in the house (Spoiler alert: it was under the oven mitt the whole time!). The neighborhood is a great mix of restaurants and classic, old-Florida craftsman and ranch houses. It can be a little noisy with Hawkers right nextdoor, but it's totally worth having great Asian street food just steps away.

This was a great place to stay near The Florida Mall in Orlando and lots of restaurants and shopping. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and I really liked the private entrance and outdoor seating area. The suite was very clean with a comfortable queen bed, lots of lighting, a modern shower, and a nice kitchenette with spacious fridge. The hostess was friendly and responsive to my needs.

Unfortunately, I had to cancel my stay due to an issue caused by the previous guest, which left the property unavailable for my reservation. While the situation was disappointing, I want to highlight how responsive and proactive Kyle was throughout the process. He immediately took steps to resolve the issue, kept me updated, and looped in Airbnb support without me needing to reach out myself—which I really appreciated. Thank you!

This was a delightful home in a quiet older neighborhood. Although surrounding houses were not necessarily well kept, this house was decorated meticulously both inside and out as well as being very clean. It was the perfect home for 4 people. I do not think I would want more people in this small but comfortable setting. The fooz ball table was fun, and the outside setting was perfect for early morning coffee, and minigolf. The house was well stocked with many extras such as charging cords in all bedrooms. Angie communicated very quickly, and did not require the ridulous checkout procedures of many other ARBNB rentals. I would definitely rent this again when back in Orlando. We enjoyed our stay.

Thank you Tina for the incredible location for our Girls weekend! Tina was a wonderful host - communicative and clear from start to finish and check-in was a breeze. The house was just as described and immaculate upon arrival. Perfect location if you're looking to experience what the real Downtown Orlando is like and not just Orange Ave or I Drive. Growing up in Orlando, the house has everything you could need and expect from a Florida home - the pool was perfect and the outdoor lounge area was heavily loved. All we needed to do was stock the fridge and make the playlists - Thanks again!

We had a fantastic two-night stay! The condo was just what we needed for our family of four—clean, comfortable, and felt like home. The kids loved the pool, and the neighborhood was quiet and family-friendly. It was in a great location, close to parks and anything else we needed. Communication with the host was excellent, and everything from check-in to check-out was super simple and convenient. We’d definitely recommend this place and would happily stay again!

My friends and I were in Orlando for a Disney race and it was the perfect location. The accommodations were as described and very clean in a quiet community with close proximity to many shops and restaurants. Katerina provided clear instructions for accessing the stay and was very responsive. Would highly recommend!

Apartamento espaçoso e com localização privilegiada, pois fica num ponto a média distância dos parques e Kyle é uma pessoa muito atenciosa que responde prontamente quando você precisa. Acho necessário esclarecer aqui que não está incluso na diária serviços de arrumação, troca de roupas e limpeza do apartamento. Para quem vai ficar poucos dias não faz diferença, mas no meu caso que alugou por 11 dias, sim. Mas isso é um detalhe que não diminui a excelência do apartamento.

Me and my family had a great experience with Fonti. Beautiful place and lots to do around the area. I will absolutely be staying again with my family on our next trip to Florida!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden, sowohl mit der Unterkunft als auch mit der Kommunikation mit Ryan. Es war perfekt und wir haben uns wie Zuhause gefühlt. Wir haben in der Zeit unseres Aufenthalts DisneyWorld besucht und die kostenlosen Shuttles genutzt. Zu den Shuttles kann man sagen, dass der zweite Shuttle, der morgens kommt, immer 20-30 Minuten Verspätung hatte, was vermutlich daran liegt, dass eine andere Route gefahren wird. Der Shuttle ganz früh morgens und alle Shuttles am Abend zurück zur Unterkunft waren immer pünktlich. Also sollte zur angegebenen Zeit einmal kein Shuttle kommen, einfach etwas Geduld mitbringen, das spart einem dann das Geld für einen Uber/Lift! Wir fanden es großartig, diesen Service nutzen zu können. Auch tolle Supermärkte liegen unmittelbar in der Nähe, die schnell mit einem Auto zu erreichen sind. Vielen Dank für alles! Wir kommen wieder :)

Our stay was great! The location is great just far enough away from the Disney craziness but close enough to get to it all easily. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. The host Kathy was amazing. Very welcoming and helpful. We did have an issue (that was out of her control) but she handle it quickly and went above and beyond to make things better. The pool was fabulous! Plenty of chairs, beach towels provided and a great bar/restaurant onsite.
