Historic and updated home from the 1800's

This historic home built in the late 1800's was one of the finest homes built in the Sevier Valley. Over the years it has been lovingly maintained, and recently renovated and upgraded. Today, it still has original hardwood floors, detailed wood work, and inset windows highlighting its 18 inch thick walls. All furniture is updated, each mattress is a new memory foam mattress that will cradle you to sleep. Secure high speed internet and smart flat screen TVs allow for remote work or entertainment.

Nice little house

We specialize for workers Be close to work, in this spacious and unique space. Welcome to our labor of love. We took possession of this 8 acre parcel last year. We continue to improve this house every week It was an abandoned tractor repair facility. Just outside of Delta this four bedroom three bathroom house features all new beds, appliances and smart TVs Walking distance to Gunnison bend reservoir. The beach is only a few minutes away by car. Perfect for work groups I work in the shop onsite

This amazing home was originally built in the late 1900's and has been lovingly maintained, and recently fully renovated and upgraded to today's lifestyle amenities. All furniture and mattresses are new and plush and will cradle you to sleep. Secure high speed internet and flat screen TV allow for Netflix or App entertainment. There is ample parking and room to put an ATV trailer on side of the house. Covered patio in back of house with BBQ, relax and enjoy the clean country air. It's a Gem!

Downstairs you'll find the master suite with a California King bed, walk-in closet and private bathroom. Upstairs there are two smaller bedrooms, one with 2 twin beds and the other with one.

The space was as described. It was easy access from the highway, without hearing too much highway noise. It was a good place for my husband and me to stop and rest on our road trip. As a nice touch, he also had good coffee for his guests. There were two other guests and himself during our stay, but it honestly felt like we had the whole space to ourselves. I wouldn’t worry about booking a room when the other rooms are booked, there is plenty of space and privacy for each guest.

The living area features a spacious layout with a large flat-screen TV mounted above a decorative fireplace. Comfortable seating options include two recliners and a couch. Natural light filters through the curtains, enhancing the neutral color palette of the room.
