Különlegessége, hogy nagyon csendes részen van, viszont 500m belül minden szolgáltatás elérhető. A köponttól 4,4km távolságra van, az erdőtől pedig 800 méterre. Természetjárók, biciklizők kedvelt helye. Lakókocsival érkezőknek is megoldott a zárt parkolás.

Az apartman Pécs főterétől alig 150 méterre található. Kialakításánál igyekeztünk figyelembe venni, hogy a vendég itt tartózkodása alatt minden igényét kielégítse. Relax in this cozy and beautifully decorated place to stay. The house has a living room and kitchen in the lower part, and a bedroom and bathroom in the upper part. On the terrace there is a jacuzzi with a beautiful view of the forest. Use of the jacuzzi is charged extra.
