Vacation rentals with a patio in Milford

We were delighted to find this location after driving across the country for a move to the East Coast. This Airbnb is spacious and well appointed. It is also local to many restaurants and close to the beach. We felt at home and were able to relax. There is a kitchen with pots and pans, silverware, and plates. Also, there is all you need to go to the beach, including beach towels, an umbrella, and other beach supplies. This is a gem of an Airbnb.

A perfect getaway in a great location! Everything was only a 5 min drive to the beach and greats bars, restaurants. Kathryn was very responsive when needed!

Shelley's little vacation cabin was very comfortable, clean, and cozy. We stayed only one night and didn't get a chance to enjoy the deck and the view, but they looked great! Easy driving distance from Cape May. Definitely recommend.

Jacki's place was a beautifully decorated and super clean 1 bedroom apartment with lots of space. The kitchen was nicely supplied with dishes, cooking items, and even coffee for the coffee machines! The bathroom shower was exceptional with it's tiled surface! A great place that we'd rent again! It was a great location for Lewes, Rehoboth, and Dewey Beaches!

Kate and Dan were very accommodating. They responded quickly to my messages. We accidentally locked ourselves out and Kate helped us instantly access the key in the lock box. My friends and I loved the cute rooms and great amenities.

We had a great stay. The host was very responsive and helpful. We loved the convenience of a first floor condo for easy access to our vehicle and the pool. The location was a quiet area that is within walking distance to a bakery and bike trail, which was perfect as they had bicycles available for us to use.

We had a great time here! Walked to so many great places and enjoyed the beach!

This was our second time staying in the Mermaid Suite. It's a delightfully quiet little retreat in a charming neighborhood. Mark is a gracious host, always responsive and accommodating.

We needed a place to stay while we transitioned to Delaware. This was the perfect place for us. It was close to the beach, comfortable, very quite, and everyone was so friendly. We felt like we were at home even if it was a temporary stop. There was plenty of space and things we needed to make our stay smooth. Shane and Erin were helpful and wonderful hosts, they let us know of upcoming event's and if there was anything we should be aware of. I would recommend this place to couples or families. We stayed during the holidays and it felt magical to be there during this time.

Great place, great location! Horseshoe crabs at the beach was an unexpected bonus! The home itself is very clean, and there are many nice touches throughout. The shower in the Master suite is enormous! The kitchen is spacious and stocked with many dishes, pots and pans, but could use some more food basics (like sugar and coffee). Our only real complaints are about the beds: the ones on the first floor are a bit creaky, and the ceiling in the loft is so low that the beds up there are really only for young kids under 5 feet tall that can climb a ladder. However, the pullout bed in the couch is great, so we were just fine. Overall a fantastic place -- we would stay again!

This house was a fantastic spot for us during our stay for a field hockey tournament at the DE turf complex. The location was secluded and private, but still close to Milford and Frederica as well as local beaches. We shared the house with a teammate's family and the setup was perfect - our family of four was upstairs, and their family of 3 was downstairs. There was plenty of privacy and the living room and dining room were great for relaxing. The kitchen was spacious and well-provisioned. The house was spotless and looked brand new. The beds were comfortable and the linens were high quality. Cindy was really friendly and helpful. The house binder had a great summary of local recommendations. Highly recommend!

The house was great for our family of 4 with room for 2 more. We were about 4 miles away from Hopkins Heartland Covered Bridge for our sons wedding. This was perfect location to go back and forth and to other places around Lewes. I highly recommend this house whether your in town a week or long weekend. Asa was amazing and always got right back to us with any questions.

We had a great stay over the long Memorial Day weekend with our pup! The house is absolutely beautiful, new, and pristine. TJ was more than accommodating - with the early check-in to the snacks and coffee bar provided. The lights were even on, prior to our arrival, with light music playing. The fenced in backyard is beyond convenient, and we also spent some time on the front porch too. We will most certainly be back - thank you again for hosting us!

We had a wonderful stay at Cliff’s place. The home was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The bathrooms were even fitted with toiletries, like new toothbrushes and toothpaste. Great for those, who may accidentally forget theirs! The home was in a great location, within walking distance to fishing, restaurants and an ice cream shop. We loved Milton and thought it was a great little town to stay in. It’s close to Rehoboth beach and other beaches like Lewes. Their pool was great for our kids and we enjoyed swimming. There is a horn that occasionally goes off day or night when the fire department is called. We loved staying there and would stay again.

Great place in Rehoboth! About a 10 minute drive to the beach but close to restaurants, restaurants, and the outlets. The apartment is spacious and the kitchen is stocked with all the tools needed for cooking at home if you need to. Also, Kate is a great host. Very friendly and nice!

Beautiful condo home on a quiet, private gated community. Very close to everything, especially the outlets. The host was extremely welcoming and communicative w/ quick responses throughout our stay. We loved that the bedrooms had king sized beds. The beds were extremely comfortable and we felt so well rested! The place was exactly as described and even more cleaner than expected. We loved our stay there so much that we will definitely book again in the future!

My wife and I came to Cape May for a quick weekend getaway and got exactly what we were looking for in this place. As close to the beach as you can get, very walkable to bars and restaurants. Exactly what we were looking for, and getting in and out was super easy

We LOVED this place. Looked better than the pictures (and the pictures looked great to begin with). So spacious, including all of the balcony areas. Close to lewes beach and the state park. Great area for a family getaway. Had everything we needed and more. Also Bohdan was an excellent host and very responsive!

Great condo within easy walking distance to restaurants and shops in Lewes as well as practically across the street from public beach access! Clean, bright, comfortable beds, and the fact all linens were included made our stay effortless! Outdoor shower for rinsing off was a huge plus as well. Zero issues whatsoever; would stay again!

What a beautiful area, and such a peaceful atmosphere! We really enjoyed our stay at Rohoboth Beach and this condo was just what we needed, very accommodating, clean, and in a great location, close to the beach!

Great weekend getaway! The pictures are accurate, the apartment was clean and well furnished and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots and pans. Maria is a fantastic, responsive host! Would definitely stay again!
