Even though it was October in this villa, we had unforgettable days from the summer with a warm weather. The villa greeted us with its magnificent view when we first entered. The furniture is stylish, modern and very tastefully furnished, it made us feel special from the first moment. It was a magnificent detail that all bedrooms had unobstructed views of the sea and had their own bathroom-WC in each room. We didn't have a fight in which room to stay in:) All the items you might need in the kitchen have been considered. We prepared both breakfast and dinner just by shopping for Sundays and Groceries. In fact, we intended to have breakfast in the villa and eat out in the evening. But we didn't want to miss that gorgeous sunset with a view of the kitchen. Cooking had never been such a pleasure. The barbecue corner of the villa was also very well thought out. We enjoyed a nice barbecue on a warm Mediterranean evening. It was also easy for us to have a washing machine and dryer. We have a good reason to choose the villa again.

The place is very nice, great furnitures and a large swimming pool. The host is very enthusiastic, you can ask anything and he will respond to you in no time. For example, when we had an issue with water pressure as the swimming pool is being filled, he just walked 10 min to the house and fixed it right away. Overall, this place is nice and provides you fantastic sea views of Bodrum. I will not hesitate booking this place again when I visit Bodrum again in the future!

I recommend it to those who are looking for a peaceful and beautiful holiday in the most tranquil parts of Bodrum. Ms. Gamze took care of everything one by one. She shared a very professional document and includes everything with us. He responded very quickly when I had questions though. The view and calmness of the house was my favorite part. A spotless home with everything we needed. We highly recommend Ms. Gamze's house.

We had a wonderful time at the villa in Türkbükü! The house is lovingly furnished and super equipped – there was nothing missing. The terrace overlooking the Aegean Sea over olive trees was our favorite place. At the beginning of April, the weather was initially rainy, but cozy thanks to the heating air conditioning. After that it got sunny and warm – we could even swim in the sea. The wifi was stable and fast. Özlem was warm, helpful and always easily accessible and gave us super tips for restaurants and excursions. Although the swimming pool on the nearby beach was not yet fully built, we were allowed to use it – and actually had the beautiful beach all to ourselves! The peace and nature were fantastic. The value for money is absolutely right. We would definitely come back!

It is a great location, stunning views, silence and peaceful by all means. You can really relax and rest here, away from noise and surrounded by nature. But is not easy access, it is a steep narrow dirt road and you need adequate car and skilled driver to get there. Also, you may want to bring some food supplies, considering it is not handy to get to supermarket from this location, as it is pretty secluded. Gorgeous from the one looking for peace and quiet, but should take into consideration this aspect also. Otherwise, accommodation pretty basic but cottage is comfortable enough, rest of property has some working constructions in progress and is not entire restored, looking a bit messy all around. Owner is nice and polite, speaks very good English, a real gentleman. Only issue to mention relates with hot water supply, available only during sunlight. But no issues that can not be overcame 😄.

Excellent location near many fantastic restaurants (our favorite was right next door with amazing sea food). A bit noisy due to the restaurants around but with the door closed it was fine. Right down to the beach so a quick morning or anytime swim was in reach. Responsive and very helpful host.

I would like to thank Mr. Ercan and his lovely wife very much. Very kind and friendly people. The house was beautiful in every way, we were very satisfied with its view and calmness. See you again..

The view and the house are breathtaking, and the host is super helpful. They arranged transportation for us and took us to a market right after we checked in. They are very friendly and let us stay there later than the standard checkout time. There are just a few misunderstandings about the five beds. There are not five bedrooms; one room doesn’t have a view and is outside the other rooms. Make sure you’re getting enough stuff you might need from the market. The location is inconvenient for getting water, food, and drinks. The hotel next door was able to sell us some water and wine, but since we were not their guests, they weren’t happy about it. This is the type of house that you would want to spend all day in. I will be back again!
