House less than an hour from Zagreb. Newly renovated house, with everything you need. The pool is super, clean and tidy, around the pool artificial grass and is fenced. Allowed early check in at 13h, so Friday afternoon in our case was fully used.

The place is even beyond the pictures, it is located in a beautiful environment, it can be a wonderful experience in the winter and summer, it is well equipped with everything, we recommend it to animal lovers and the jacuzzi is very comfortable! I wanted to share how truly wonderful our host Dora was during our stay. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that nothing was too much trouble for her. She went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed, always with a warm smile and great attention to detail. Whether it was providing helpful local tips or quickly addressing any request, her hospitality made our experience unforgettable. We felt truly cared for, and it made all the difference in our stay!

My husband, our French bulldog, and I spent an incredible 4 days at Nana's Fairy Tale Holiday Home in Beretinac, and we loved every moment. This is the best place to visit with your dog(s)—they can run around and enjoy the freshly mowed lawn all day! The surrounding nature and garden views are stunning, offering excellent privacy. The jacuzzi was a total game-changer, especially for those relaxing evenings. The house is super cozy and spotless, with everything you need that makes you feel right at home. The location is perfect, just a quick 10-minute drive to Varaždin, where you’ll find amazing restaurants. Miss Nataša is a fantastic host—very responsive and flexible, making our arrival and departure times easy-going and extremely pleasant. As a sweet bonus, we were treated to delicious homemade berry jams as a gift. It was a great, relaxing, and adventurous stay, and I would recommend it to anyone. We can't wait to come back!

we rented this beautiful house to escape a bit from the city and relax, our decision for this house was just right. The house is situated in a quiet, beautiful area overlooking the green mountains. Whirlpool, sauna as well as everything you need to spend a short or long holiday. Bozica was very nice and always answered our questions quickly and was very easily accessible. 110% recommended and happy to come back :)

The villa is beautiful, as well as in the pictures. We loved getting paid when we arrived and things were prepared for eating and hygiene (spreads, toast, dough, toothbrushes…) (Take your own food anyway so you don't feel like it). The host was polite and flexible. The only thing that wasn't good was that the listing here has Novasol, and when we asked after booking what the coffee maker was like, we got a response that they didn't know. Luckily, the coffee maker was on coffee beans and stocked :). We got a number from the host the day before the trip, and they're okay with them, but if you have any questions before that, you feel like you're talking about a house with someone who knows about the house as much as you do.

Very clean and nice place, obviously recently refurnished with all modern amenities. Very comfortable and had all we could ask for. Ana was very responsive to messages and courteous, even when messaging from our end completely fell on its face and instead of messaging her 20 minutes before arrival, our message only sent out after we had already parked up, but she made it work very quickly regardless and was super friendly. Great host.
