Family-friendly vacation rentals in Milano Marittima

Just wonderful. Fabio is a warm and chill host, the house is huge and clean. We felt comfortable and had shops, the beach and a nice neighborhood right next to us. Close to Rimini as well if you come by car (big garage). I have nothing other to say other than perfect! Thank you again Fabio for everything :) <3

Our stay was very satisfactory. Cinzia's house is very large with spacious and comfortable rooms and a spacious and well-stocked kitchen. The outdoor space is really nice, too bad we couldn't make the most of it in the winter season. Cinzia and her husband were kind and helpful. More than recommended.

It couldn't have been better. The location is fantastic in the pedestrian center of town in a courtyard. The very large shaded patio with fragrant jasmine, colorful vines, and kumquats, the well equipped kitchen with tons of teas and coffees, the comfy beds - we never wanted to leave. Cristiano used to be a theater scenograph and it shows in the eclectic decor. Both Cristiano and Sara were absolutely charming - they run the enoteca downstairs (don't miss their various cheese and hams!) - and provided very helpful info on parking, restaurants etc. The unit is one easy set of stairs up, and Cristiano helped get our suitcases up. There is one bedroom and a foldable sofa on the first level. The second bedroom and bath are on the top floor mezzanine via a a spiral staircase. The only downside was that it gets quite hot in that bedroom and the A/C was not sufficient. But all in all, it was an exceptional stay. We can't wait to be back!

This was our fourth time at the Cristallo Rimini and we're already looking forward to the fifth one. Great place, convieniently located near the beach, you get the best of both worlds: the privacy and cosiness of a full 2-story appartement (with 3 balconies!) and all the services of a Luxury hotel! What can you ask for more? They have a great family owned (breakfast and dinner) and operated restaurant on premises with daily changing menus for dinner. You almost feel in the family. Thank you for everything!

The property and the residential building are in a very quiet and relaxed location - perfect for switching off. Everything worked smoothly, from booking to departure. The contact with Paolo was straightforward, friendly and always helpful. Everything is easily accessible by car - shopping, restaurants and attractions are quick to reach. Clear recommendation!

We had a wonderful time at Mara’s place and we absolutely loved the location on the beach. The apartment was beautiful, airy and bright, spotless, and we had plenty of space. The best part was the beautiful bagno. It was not overcrowded and the umbrellas were not spaced “on top of each other”. The kids had a blast! Note that there is no convenience store in immediate walking distance and to get supplies on your way in (if you don’t plan on moving the car once you’ve arrived). We would definitely return! Beautiful and spacious apartment within a minute walking distance of the beach and shops and restaurants. With a private parking space 50 meters away. The two beach beds (including !!) complete it. Carlotta is a thoughtful host who communicates well and responds very quickly. In short: recommended.

We had a lovely stay. The house was spacious (though noisy) and all the necessary amenities were present. Filippo was always available for questions. Location was also great with our 3 year old daughter, close to the beach and all restaurants within walking distance. Although the kitchen was also well equipped with kitchen utensils, so we also regularly stood in the kitchen ourselves. Thanks for a great stay

Probably the loveliest Airbnb I've ever stayed in. Luxurious room and house, idyllic pool and grounds, incredible views and a delicious breakfast each day. I'd definitely recommend opting for breakfast - this was a fresh, thoughtful selection served in the house's exquisite dining room, a perfect start to the day. Francesca was friendly, helpful and accommodating, arranging for our check in an hour early and helping us with a taxi to the station at the end of our trip. Thank you for such a sublime stay!

We were a group of 13 people – with and without disruption, a facility from Switzerland - and were allowed to spend our Easter holiday in your house this year. Both the house itself and the surrounding area have delighted us, but in particular we would like to emphasize the warm and open contact with you. We take a trip together every year around this time and have experienced many beautiful accommodations – but rarely has a house been as perfect for us as a group. We would like to sincerely thank you for the wonderful time we were able to spend at your place. It was a completely successful stay, and we agree: We would love to come back!

We had a wonderful stay here. Kevin was readily available and very responsive through text. The location was perfectly situated near the center of town and very close to the Roman bridge. It was a quiet and peaceful street. I would stay here again.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Fabrizio’s property. We were visiting the area for the WSBK Championship at Misano World Circuit, and the location couldn’t have been more ideal—just a short 15-minute drive to the circuit and only 30 minutes from Rimini Airport. The property itself was outstanding: immaculately clean, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. It provided the perfect base for our 2-night stay. The surrounding area was equally impressive. Gradara, with its charming restaurants, is only 5 minutes away, and in the opposite direction, Tavullia—the hometown of Valentino Rossi—is also just 5 minutes by car, making it a must-visit for any motorcycle enthusiast. Fabrizio was a gracious and helpful host, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. I can’t speak highly enough of this property and would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-situated stay in this beautiful part of Italy.

What a wonderful reception. Maria and Gabriel are extra nice people and even Leila a sweet and affectionate dog came to meet us when we arrived. The panorama is breathtaking and so peaceful. The accommodation is very neat and everything you need. A delicious, freshly made breakfast every morning. A 10 in all areas and we will definitely go back.

This place was just beautiful! Upon arrival, we were incredibly warmly welcomed – the hosts are not only friendly, but really warm and helpful. You immediately feel that they care about the well-being of their guests. The location is beautiful – quiet, close to nature and ideal for relaxing. If you are looking for relaxation in an idyllic setting, this is the place to be. We felt completely comfortable and would come back anytime. Had a great holiday at Villa Mariella! The villas are located in a very nice, private environment, there is a beautiful well maintained garden and a nice, clean swimming pool. The villas are very close to the beach. The beach is for a fee but you get a fixed place with an umbrella and two sunbeds. The beach is also clean and tidy. It is also very nice that you can use the bikes for the holes. The city center is easily accessible by bike but also on foot. The hosts are very nice and polite. Had very nice contact.

I had a long stay at scarlet's place. it has everything you need. the supermarket ist about 10min walk. the surrounding is quiet and peaceful. you are also close to green fields for a hike, if you are sportive. The listing is further a way from Forli city center. There is a bus line about 5-10 min walk away which brings you right to the city. it is pretty reliable and comes about every 15-20 min, so even if you are not there with your own car, it's absolutely fine. Scarlet does have 4 dogs. They are small and really well-behaved. There is the occasional barking at other dogs, as dogs do, but they are small cuties. So even if you are not a dog person, it'll be fine. All in all, I can definitely recommend this place. Scarlet is always responsive and quickly attends to your needs.

everything was really great and beautiful. It was just a pity that there is no WiFi in the apartment. Outside and by the pool only. Otherwise, everything was great!!!

We really love this house and the master is so friendly to talk. The house has a big yard and swimming pool, the whole apartment clean as new house. We really enjoy the time here.

Filippo is very friendly person, he was still on the phone. He gives to us good tips. We were feeling on his house as in our home. Vila is cosy place, with huge garden. Everything was clean and enough towels were prepared for us. The best was view from home. Also Filippo cleans the swimming pool every evenening, therefore the pool is in great condition. Also we can reccomend a great restaurant Montecucco approx. 600metres from villa. I can very reccomend this accomodation ;-)
