Vacation rentals with beach access in Milano Marittima

Accommodation in a pedestrian area, however, thanks to the directions of the host Elisa, we unloaded our luggage right behind the house and luckily there was a free parking space where I left the car for the entire stay, but otherwise there is a large parking lot not far away. The apartment is practically on the beach, just across the street and immediately by the lifeguard (Mario baths) here we also had a very good time. So for me, a more than positive experience. Thank you, Elisa!

Maurizio is a really rare person nowadays, welcoming, kind and very available for every need. She welcomed me into the apartment with a very welcome local gift. Thank you. Residence complete with everything you need and located in a great location for: sea , walks in the center and around on foot or by bicycle. I'll definitely be back. Hi Maurizio, thank you again.

I highly recommend Jacopo's place! A few steps from the beach, there are great restaurants, a supermarket and a quiet area. Jacopo gave us wonderful tips and hints and was always available. The kitchen is well equipped and is also suitable if you want to cook yourself. The only criticism would be the beds for me, the mattresses are unfortunately very hard and we did not sleep well. Otherwise, we felt at home here and would come back anytime!

great location, beautiful apartment, host is great

Stefano is a great host, very easy to communicate with and help you if you need it. The apartment was perfect for a couple and had everything we needed. Was in walking distance of shops, train station and restaurants. I would definitely recommend staying with Stefano and would love do do it again in the future.

Marina and her husband are exquisite people, able to make you feel at home from the first minute. Very helpful, they offer very comfortable accommodation (a few minutes' walk from the sea and the center), functional and perfect even for a family like us with small children.

Pleasant stay in Lido Adriano. Opposite the apartment is a bus stop, next to Caffetteria pasticceria Olivi with a wide choice of sandwiches and delicious coffee. Beautiful view of the sea from the balcony, convenient for us that we could wash clothes and hang them to dry on the other balcony. Gina responds quickly to messages and gave clear instructions. Recommended!

We were a group of five friends and had a great time staying with Valentina! We can only recommend the accommodation. The location is great, the view probably the best in Rimini and the amenities completely sufficient for a holiday in Rimini

We are traveling with a 3 year old kid and were looking for a nice place for the whole family to stay in Fano for a week. Stefano made our stay here just great! Stefano was very helpful during check-in and check-out time, he met us for an early check-in and was super flexible with the late checkout as well. This was very convenient for us and much appreciated! Location is great- an easy walk to the beach (where Stefano have arranged sunbeds and umbrellas for all of us), and a short walk to the downtown too! the place has parking space for the car, and includes breakfast options, which we used daily. Overall it was a beautiful experience, our family gad a great time here!

A very comfortable place to stay. We utilised the garden and it was great to have that space. Beds were very comfortable. Maybe extra pillows and wine glasses would be a nice addition. Also more detailed instructions regarding heating, bins would be useful. That said, no complaints at all. We had a great stay.

Had a great holiday at Villa Mariella! The villas are located in a very nice, private environment, there is a beautiful well maintained garden and a nice, clean swimming pool. The villas are very close to the beach. The beach is for a fee but you get a fixed place with an umbrella and two sunbeds. The beach is also clean and tidy. It is also very nice that you can use the bikes for the holes. The city center is easily accessible by bike but also on foot. The hosts are very nice and polite. Had very nice contact.

We (married couple and three dogs) had a great holiday experience in every respect in the little paradise of Lorenzo & Monica. The house: maintained with a lot of love, care and pride, offers space inside and in the garden as well as privacy. The location: on the small hill enough far away from the hustle and bustle of tourists at the bottom of the promenade, but close enough to the sea (300m, small road down the slope), surrounded by greenery and nature. The hosts: flexible, polite and communicative (Lorenzo, with him the booking was arranged) as well as charming, helpful and host from Passion (Monica, who lives next door with her family). Maybe it is better if we stop with the praise now because we would like to come back next year - and don't want there to be no more space...;-) Grazie mille, Monica e Lorenzo!

Great stay. Well equipped, very firiendly and proactive communication.

The reception by Elisa was fantastic. She had even taken the trouble to arrange an interpreter. We could ask anything and get an immediate answer. A very beautiful area with nice beaches. The place itself is also very cozy with plenty to do. You won't get bored. A very nice house, with a lovely garden. Everything very clean. We enjoyed it so much that we want to come back next year.

One of the best places I’ve ever stayed!

We felt very comfortable with Chiara. The apartment was clean and cute. Many small items such as toilet paper, salt, coffee or detergent were already available. Chiara always responded to messages quite promptly and was always courteous and friendly. In addition to answering questions, she also sent recommendations for activities in the area. The only thing we were missing in June was actually air conditioning, which 😅 we hadn't paid attention to before. Because it is only one room, it is difficult to create a draft. Otherwise, the area is quite quiet and you are 3 minutes' walk from the beach!

Apartment has all necessary amenities. Is clean and spacious. The landlords are very friendly and helpful.

Lovely apartment, decor very modern. Shower was really powerful and the coffee and cake at the wonderful Pino’s every morning was a massive bonus! Lovely staff and surroundings.

Enviable location, the apartment is beachfront, also close to the services and main streets of Igea. Inside, there is everything you need during a vacation. Last but not least, Cristiana has always been available and responsive. Definitely recommended.

We had a wonderful time at Mara’s place and we absolutely loved the location on the beach. The apartment was beautiful, airy and bright, spotless, and we had plenty of space. The best part was the beautiful bagno. It was not overcrowded and the umbrellas were not spaced “on top of each other”. The kids had a blast! Note that there is no convenience store in immediate walking distance and to get supplies on your way in (if you don’t plan on moving the car once you’ve arrived). We would definitely return! We felt at home right after arrival, everything was very clean and tidy and our little dog also had enough space. The balconies offer a wonderful view of the sea or the harbor. There are great restaurants around the property and on the other side of the harbor you can walk along the promenade and stop at bars and cafes. There are also plenty of dog-friendly beaches and people. We would book the place again at any time and definitely recommend it!

we stayed here for a small relaxing vacation with our dog Kora, Francesco and Pamide were immediately very kind and friendly even with our dog!! Always ready to respond to our every need during our stay, also in giving us directions on places to visit and in providing us with directions to great bars and restaurants in the area. The house was clean, with a nice large terrace, and equipped with every comfort!Very close to the sea and all the facilities we needed! We practically never used the car! What to say... they made us feel at home!! Thank you!!!

Absolutely beautiful apartment centrally located. Very tastefully decorated and well equipped. The kitchen was very well stocked and we were able to make a couple of meals. The location was perfect, walking distance to everything and having parking onsite was fabulous. The three terraces were wonderful and we enjoyed our morning coffee and evening wine on them! We would definitely stay there again! It was perfect for us! Alberto was the best host! He was so helpful from receiving a package for me to recommending restaurants etc! Super friendly and made us feel very welcome! Thank you Alberto!!
