Beautiful stay with breathtaking views. You will stay in the lower part of the cottage (the upper part is reserved for the owner), so the accommodation may seem a little dark. The cottage is well-equipped, and very quiet. The mountain views are splendid. Thank you for this trip!

Our stay went very well. The accommodation was as described, with all the necessary amenities. Small plus for the Nordic bath, heated upon arrival. Magali is a very responsive host who was able to meet our needs.

Beautiful cottage, very well equipped and decorated. Both indoor and outdoor spaces are spacious and well thought out. Impeccable cleanliness. Nestled in a green setting, an extremely quiet and soothing place. Excellent starting point for visiting the area (by motorbike, it's pure joy). We had a great time with friends, we'll be back!

We were warmly welcomed upon our arrival. The house itself and especially the fantastic surroundings immediately impressed us. The view of the lake is simply unique, and the pool invites you to relax. Nicolás is a great host – attentive, helpful and very dedicated. A special highlight was the boat trip, where he showed us the beautiful surroundings. We enjoyed our stay to the fullest and can recommend this accommodation to anyone. We will definitely be happy to come back!

We came with my friends to spend a week in this beautiful cottage. The place is super soothing with the forest right next door. Valérie lives next to the cottage and is very easily reachable which allowed for great communication. The cottage is made of wood by her spouse and it's just beautiful! We were a group of 17 people and I can assure you that we had a pleasant stay Thanks to Cyrille for her hospitality and kindness, her cottage is simply beautiful with stunning views, everything was as described, relaxation assured Not to mention nice hikes to do whether it's walking or cycling I would recommend it +++

Great little studio! Very good location, felt very safe, was clean and well appointed. I personally wasn’t bothered by any noise from the bar downstairs, but maybe I just sleep like a log! Would recommend an eye mask as the ceiling window lets a lot of light in. Clemence was quick to reply and very helpful. Overall I would definitely stay here again!

In a fantastic setting with a magical view of Lake Geneva everything, was perfect. Very clean studio, impeccable and very comfortable bedding, amenities like at home, Cédric is a attentive host who knows how to make himself accommodating. I was able to spend a magical weekend with my son's visit to be able to enjoy a hike on the Pic des Mémisesщ️ What's more, everything was Royal, in a region just as sumptuous as the studio. Quiet with its large terrace very convenient and very pleasant... An address that I'll keep in my favorites so I can happily come back. Thanks for everything Cédric...🙏😉🤗

Centrally located, well equipped, very warm flat. I stayed in the apartment for 1 month in January whilst searching for permanent accommodation and found it to be well suited to my needs.

A large and beautifully appointment loft right in the middle of Annecy. Easy to get around to all attractions. Would highly recommend a stay!

We spend a lovely long weekend relaxing by the pool. Was fantastic for the children, and fully equiped for a carefree stay. Just to note, which Flore did explain, the google maps/gps will lead you to an incorrect indentical address 20 mins away so be very vigilent with ordering ubers etc when imputting the address. All and all a lovely experience. Will come again!

2nd stay at Françoise's who is a very thoughtful host. The accommodation is very warm and extremely clean in a very quiet and peaceful green setting.

Marcos José’s place is very close to Genebra, and a great option for a small family to visit the region

The accommodation is very well located, quiet, in Prémanon. There is a small convenience store nearby for some shopping. You can also take many walks from the village. Anne-Marie was very welcoming and our stay went very well.
