Fairwood Lane is conveniently located on the north end of town close to Shopping, Parks, Brewpubs, Bus stops, Walmart, Target etc. There is a Papa John’s Pizza, a distillery and Ottos brewery within walking distance. A Short drive and you are downtown. You can also take the bypass for a quick trip to Beaver stadium. It is a freshly painted and furnished full time vacation rental on the edge of a quiet neighborhood. I have run Vacation Rentals for 6 years and am very attentive to guests needs.

This newly built house has whimsical "hobbit" accents and much charm! It's a beautiful setting with a wide front rocking porch that seats four to relax and enjoy the view. Outside seating with a fire pit & grilling area is a nice plus while wildlife peek in on your visit. Easy check in/out with few rules. Enjoy!

Our home is charming, a bit eclectic, and very comfortable! Just a short walk to campus/downtown life and the PSU golf courses, the house sleeps 10 (10 guest maximum) and is much larger than the picture portrays. Rooms are spacious, nicely furnished, and fully equipped with linens, kitchen supplies, cable, WIFI...and so much more! The house is very family friendly with a large backyard which borders an elementary school playground. No parties permitted.
