Monthly Rentals in Mien

My boyfriend and I had some great days at Lillian's super cozy Tiny house, which is really well utilized. Everything worked as described and the sofa bed was really good to sleep on. Lillian greeted us when we arrived and kindly helped us with a short "check in", after which she retired so we could get ourselves settled in. The mini house is located on the same property as the main house, but with its own "driveway" so you can drive almost all the way to the door. Lillian wasn't home the rest of the time we were there, but she responded quickly through Airbnb to the few questions we had on an ongoing basis. The area is super nice, with the river on one side and a smaller lake 5 minutes walk on the other side of the house. And otherwise just the classic beautiful Swedish nature. We had actually booked the house as a backup for our backpacker/heroes trip, but ended up staying and sleeping in it three out of four nights, as it was so cozy. 5 big stars on everything from here and we will definitely be back!: -)

We felt very comfortable in Jonas Stuga. The cottage is well-equipped and cozy, Jonas was extremely friendly and always easily accessible. The location is simply magical. The surrounding forest including lake shore was not only an adventure playground for my 8 year old son, but also provided some delicious mushrooms that were allowed to land in the pan late in the year. The sunsets over the small lake behind the house were beautiful and the nighttime starry sky indescribable...

Extremely serene, calm and cozy, everything you’d want from a cabin getaway in Sweden. Couldn’t recommend this guy place enough. Animals were very nice and the sauna was a daily must. We came back feeling very rejuvenated and will definitely be looking to book again soon. Thanks Berit!

Amazing stay in a fantastic setting! Rest and nature. House is simple but met all our wishes. Birgitta is a top host! Responds quickly and is very service-oriented! We enjoyed the woods and lakes in the area very much. Hiking, swimming and rowing. View the owls from the terrace. Squirrels, rabbits, and cranes visit every day. Great location to do activities from. Villages for groceries are nearby. Beautiful place in typical Småland style. Birgitta thank you for the good care and see you soon!
