The house is beautiful! We had a great time there. It is really wonderfully furnished and you feel comfortable there as a big family. Particularly nice is the huge living room, where everyone can sit together comfortably and have a good time. The children also had a lot to play with. I can recommend it in every way!

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely 4-bedroom house! The location is peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing, yet conveniently close to shops and amenities. The garden is beautiful and well-maintained — we especially enjoyed using the BBQ and spending evenings on the patio. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped, great for cooking and gathering. The host was absolutely wonderful — very responsive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommended for a comfortable and relaxing getaway!

We had a great stay in Gallzein! The cottage is quietly located and perfect for a few days of relaxation in the mountains. The equipment is basically completely fine, only in the kitchen we would have liked a few more bowls/functional pans. But absolutely not worth a point deduction, you could just bring them yourself next time. A car is mandatory and to get from A to B or to go shopping, but that's normal. 😊

Our whole family loved it, the countryside is especially beautiful, with cows🐑, sheep, the whole grass green oil, and the snowy mountains in the distance, which can't be enjoyed in the city. The hostess was very welcoming and waited for us in the yard in advance. The house is big enough for us to be active, if it is winter, the wood fire is burning and feeling the rural atmosphere of Germany, it must be nice. The location is good, it is only half an hour drive from Shinchan Castle, it is very convenient to come and go, the nearby town is about 7 minutes by car, there is an Aldi supermarket and gas station, it is also very convenient to need supplies, the key is that the town building is also beautiful and very clean.

Sigrid gave us an extremely warm welcome. She was always available to us and the cottage is really impeccable, very well equipped and very attractively designed. We felt right at home and enjoyed the stay very much. Next time we'd like to stay a little longer. The bathroom, the well-equipped kitchen and the living room with the Bluetooth system and the fireplace, the games cellar and the beautiful terrace with grill and existing charcoal, were all highlights for us. Likewise, the delicious cake that was ready for us on the table upon our arrival :) All in all, we would say eleven out of ten stars, we will be happy to come back and would recommend this place to everyone! We were in a very large group in the house for a winter vacation and everyone had enough space and retreat space. The location of the house is really perfect. Behind the house is the forest for walking/tobogganing and in front of the house is the place. The kitchen and bathrooms are visually outdated, but absolutely functional. The kitchen will be renovated soon. The house has a great panoramic view and is in the sun most of the day. There are SO many things for kids, it was really convenient.

Everything worked out great. Beautiful cottage. Just outside Maurach. But everything was very easy to reach on foot (restaurants, cable car, ski slope, bus connection...). House was very well equipped overall. Everything was available. Cozy bedrooms and living area.

We used the apartment for our short ski holiday with our four children and felt very comfortable. Even though there is no ski room or the like, we could dry the clothes on the clothes on the clothes rack and the indoor shoes on the heater in the dining room very well. The apartment is very cozy and really very good and also very nicely equipped. Equipment is also available for more elaborate cooking and baking. We both cooked and ate several times at the Gasthaus Goldener Hirsch. We highly recommend the inn. Note at the bakery that he is closed on Monday as of March 2025. The hosts prepared the apartment perfectly, clean, tidy and optimally heated. It was also extremely nice that the hosts sent us home our key, which we forgot on departure in the apartment. Sincere thanks for the hospitality, we will be happy to return!

Vlad is a great host, and the place is neat and tidy, on a walking distance from the bus stop for the aki buses. We are deeply thankful for the chats we had with Vlad and for his hospitality. We missed the chance to grab a beer or two together, we will do it next time!

Great place to stay, kitchen had utensils and cookware for us to use. The bathroom and shower are very nice. Great view of the mountains and close to the old city. Definitely worth the stay.

Important practical information not listed in the listing: Bus 8 from the main road leaves every 15 minutes to Sankt Anton. The free ski bus stops 100 meters from the Nasserein lift. It is just over 1 kilometer from the home and down to the bus stop, but you can park your car at the opposite stop where the bus stops when you drive home from Sankt Anton. It's about 200 meters between the two stops. The free ski depot that comes with the apartment is staffed, where staff are standing every day for skis, boots and ski poles and hand it out again. The ski spot is located 100 meters from bus stops and there is direct access from the shop up to the Nasserein lift.

We had a lovely stay at the apartment with our family. everything was excellent. Yvonne is very friendly and recommended us many things to visit around. The location was perfect for us as we wanted to visit the Neuschwanstein castle and Plansee, everything matched the pictures and even better. We highly recommend it and would be very happy to come again.

We visited for the 2nd time and it was great again. The apartment is quietly located and you can get everywhere quickly by car. Gladly come back.

A lovely top floor chalet looking towards the mountains surrounding Oberammergau. Christina was very helpful and my stay was very enjoyable.

Our stay in the modernly furnished house on the river in Gmund am Tegernsee with our two children (10 and 6) was completely successful! The apartment is well equipped – from the fully equipped kitchen to comfortable beds to towels, everything was available. The contact with the hosts was extraordinarily nice and straightforward. Questions were always answered quickly and competently, so we immediately felt welcome. The location couldn't be better: In the immediate vicinity there is a supermarket, various restaurants, banks and even a pharmacy. For excursions or day trips, the transport connection is ideal – the bus stop and train station are within walking distance. Thanks to the guest card, we were able to leave the car all week. There was a lot to discover around the Tegernseer Valley (Wallbergbahn, Schliersberg Alm with summer toboggan run, Blomberg, etc.). We can recommend the apartment at any time. Thank you for the wonderful time!

What a beautiful place to stay! It’s slightly out of town but a beautiful walk down to Innsbruck. There’s also a very easy bus down to town that runs regularly.

Everything was great, we felt very comfortable, and Kristina was very friendly and always easily accessible ☺️

We were there with the family for skiing and sledding. The apartment matched the listing and was great for our needs in terms of value for money. It is an apartment in an apartment building, old-fashioned, functional, clean. When we were there, it was very quiet, not another person to see. Neighbors apparently very nice, because they accepted a package from me right away. The apartment was equipped with everything you could possibly need. The handover was very friendly and helpful, the apartment owner would have been available at any time - but it was not necessary at all. Parking was always available on the street in front of the house - no problem at all. The area was stunningly beautiful, by car you can reach everything without problems. Every day there was beautiful, too bad you don't live there yourself! Great vacation in an area where you don't have to travel anywhere else! ;D

We had a wonderful and cozy time at Carolin's place and we didn't miss anything, we felt at home. Cozy, Bavarian and yet modern and comfortable - just the right place for us! Carolin provided us with many tips for the area and gave us several small delicious attentions on arrival. Super clean and well equipped. We'd love to recommend :)
