Hello and welcome to our home! This guest house is in our backyard and is very cozy with a large, screened-in porch. Sit in a rocking chair on the porch and enjoy the sounds of the many birds and the company of butterflies and hummingbirds. The King size bed is so comfortable! Our neighborhood lies between the Market District to the south and Bannerman Crossing to the North. There is shopping as well as many restaurants all around us. Downtown and FSU are 20 min away depending on traffic.

Lovely and completely renovated 1100 sqft in-law suite, fully self contained and private. It comes complete with a fully equipped kitchen (no commercial food preparation allowed) and bathroom with walk-in shower. Queen size bed in the bedroom, with a Queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Has its own private entrances and dedicated driveway parking area, as well as self-check-in. No pets allowed. This is a strict non-smoking space, no smoking is allowed on the property.

A well-maintained driveway leads from a private entrance to the street. Lush green grass surrounds both sides of the drive, with neatly trimmed bushes lining the path. The view features a peaceful residential neighborhood with trees and parked cars in the distance.

Established neighborhood less than 2 miles from FSU and downtown; 1 block to Tallahassee Memorial Hospital. Restaurants under 1/2 mile! It is on our property and we personally clean the studio. The location was perfect for our visit and close to everything we needed. It’s a beautiful, private space with everything you could possibly need. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Tallahassee! All the information was accurate and it looks exactly like the photos. Kelley was very responsive and even checked in with us online during our stay to ensure we had everything we needed.

I had a great stay in the RV - it was very clean, cozy, and perfect for both short and long-term stays. The host was super responsive and helpful throughout. The ranch itself is amazing, with lots of horses and other farm animals that made it feel just like home. Highly recommend!
