Absolutely lovely! If you are looking for a peaceful and scenic getaway, this is the perfect spot. Diane left us bagels and jam in the fridge, very thoughtful. We really enjoyed our time here. Wouldn’t change a thing. If you go to Aiken, check out Hopelands Gardens and Whiskey Alley.

I frequent there airbnb during my stays in dublin for work and they are always very kind and considerate when I need to check in late. i appreciate the fact that the stay is relatively quiet out in the woods near the river, making a great, wonderful workspace when I need office time

Julie’s cute cabin was everything we needed to enjoy. If we hadn’t had so much to do in Statesboro, and had more time, we would have loved to enjoy more this treasure. Their granddaughter’s dog was a sweet companion that greeted us each morning and kept us company while we fished. I 100% recommended their cute cabin if you’re looking for peace and quiet!

The Cottage House - Family Friendly, Close to GSU!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We were in town with two other couples for a weekend of Coastal Carolina softball games and were pleasantly surprised at how close this house was to that location, the Georgia Southern campus, and restaurants. The kitchen also had everything needed to cook a meal in. The massage couches are the best and the open floor plan allowed for a perfect place for us to hang out. It was so much better than us all getting hotel rooms as we had a place to be together and catch up. Highly recommend!

We were extremely happy that this place was clean and spacious. You can tell that the owner really cares about this home. The beds are soft. The kitchen looks really nice. The backside of the house is very dark and it could use some lighting. The TVs worked. The toilet paper was super cheap. Hopefully, they plan to invest in some good quality tissue. The water nozzle in the tub is very loose. The yard has a lot of potholes but we do understand that they are currently working on improving the place as a whole. Thanks for the stay, we look forward to staying next year.

This is one of the cleanest Airbnb homes we have stayed in!! We loved that it is open and bright in the living room/dining room area, as well as the screen porch and fenced back yard. The location is in a quiet neighborhood and 4-8 minutes from most of the restaurants and shopping areas in Statesboro. Upon arrival, there was very nice note and an Easter basket from Alanna. This was our third stay here, and we highly recommend it.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Joseph’s home. Joseph allowed us to check in early which was very nice as we had drove from NY and were exhausted. The home was very nice not too overcrowded just perfect. Neighborhood is nice and quiet which is definitely a plus. Joseph communicated with any questions or concerns we had and promptly. During our stay Orkin their home exterminator came and was very nice can tell Joseph takes pride in his home and definitely tries his best to make sure the home is kept up. The porch was a very nice touch to enjoy the weather and the kids enjoyed playing soccer in the front. Definitely recommend Joseph’s home will definitely book again.

Beautiful and peaceful location! We were in town for a wedding, and wanted a place to relax away from it all. Wow! The moment we drove up, we were in awe. The lake is so beautiful, we could have just sat out there for hours. The house was so clean, and well equipped for our family of 3. The hosts were so responsive to my questions. This was the perfect place to stay for a wedding weekend. There were so many small details that really made this place stand out. Each room had a sound machine and that is SO perfect! Especially when you travel with a kid. The house slept 5 adults and one kid very easily and we were never in each other’s way. Every bathroom had an assortment of things you could’ve forgotten, the kitchen was well stocked, and there were plenty of games and books to choose from. I really think they’ve thought of everything to make this feel as close to home as possible. I only wish we could’ve had more time to enjoy it!

We had a wonderful stay here. The house was lovely. All three rooms and bathrooms were well sized and very clean. Our host was super responsive to any messages. Waynesboro is a quaint town and very close to Augusta, so it was a perfect location to visit family in the area and travel to Augusta as needed.

We loved the cabin and the pond and the peaceful atmosphere surrounding the property. We stayed for 4 nights and felt very comfortable and very much at home. The cabin was very clean and we had all the amenities we needed. We were in Statesboro to watch our grandson play baseball at Georgia Southern University. We looked forward each night coming back to the peaceful cabin.

Beautiful place just 20 minutes from Screven Motorsports complex. Everything was nice, clean and just as described on the site. Jordan was great with instructions and checking on us during our stay. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Four of us were able to stay at Clara Mae's for part of the Masters and it was perfect for what we were looking for. We had less than a 30 minute drive to the course, we had plenty of space and the accommodations were quite comfortable. We highly recommend Clara Mae as a host and her place for a Masters weekend or a quiet get away.
