The cabin is located at the end of the road on our farm Oddgjerdet at Enodd in Budalen. Completely shielded from traffic, but still a nice walking distance to both the shop and the community center. Cozy cabin with jacuzzi available the whole year where you can relax under the sun in summer or surrounded by snow in the winter! In an excellent position just 1h from Trondheim by car via E6. By train, Berkåk station is 3,5km far The area offers a few minute by car: supermarkets, cafes,gas station with electric car recharge, shops. There are many hiking areas in the summer and ski areas in winter. Oppdal ski center are 35km away. A few meters you can find Buvatnet lake reachable by walk.

Suitable for salmon fishermen in Gaula People who walk the pilgrimage route or go hiking in the area, Forollhogna National Park, for example. Possibly if you only work nearby. Our traditional cottage with gras roof has all modern facilities with kitchen and bathroom in the new basement. Scenic views of river valley. Located on a farm with lots of animals: sheep, horses, cats, hens, rabbits and a peacock. Great hiking and fishing! The cottage is in three stories; bedrooms on the top floor and bathroom/kitchen in the basement, with stairs in between. Not suitable for everyone, but for those who dont mind stairs the cottage offers a cozy and charming atmosphere!

You'll love my place because of the view, the location, the vibe, and the outdoor area. My place is good for families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets). In the after Christmas winter, there are prepared ski slopes just outside the living room door that, among other things, go to a ski cabin where there is service on Sundays.
