Vacation rentals with a patio in Midtown, Nashville

Beautiful place, exceptionally clean, owner is an excellent communicater, and we had everything we needed, and more! Loved our stay there!

Beautiful spacious apartment, nearby restaurants and coffee shops. Close to Broadway, great location. Brianna was a great host, very responsive with anything we needed.

My friends and I had a great time at this Airbnb. The BEST thing about this spot is the location. Super walkable to heart of Broadway, shopping, restaurants. You don’t need a car if you stay here. It’s a lot of folks staying in this building so around check out time the elevators can be slow. If you’re not carrying stuff you can easily take the stairs. We had 3 people each person has their own bed! The fridge has an ice maker! Parking a car is extra fee so consider that in your budget. I’ll DEFINITELY stay here again when I’m back to Nashville 🙌🏾

We so enjoyed Joseph’s place. We stayed one night to celebrate our daughter’s 16th birthday. She had a wonderful time at the pool and loved being able to walk to Broadway for dinner. It is a beautiful apartment and they were always quick to respond! We will stay here again!

Donna’s place was just as pictured and was peaceful and serene. There were many special touches and supplies for our dogs. The bed was very comfortable and we had everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely stay here again!!

If you’re heading to Nashville, esp. for the bars on Broadway, you wont find a better location or condo. Just a five minute walk to broadway, tons of restaurants in walking distance, as well as the Country Music Hall of Fame. The condo itself is very clean and comfortable. Fun decor and one of the largest units in the building. No street noise because you are courtyard side and never heard anyone past quiet hours even though we saw lots of party groups staying there. Jessica & Josh were super helpful and responsive. The complex itself was good - Jessica & Josh sent plenty of info ahead of time that made getting in and around easy. I recommend this condo to anyone heading to Nashville!

Loved the location considering we were here for work and play. Convention center is a block away. Bars (Broadway) 2 blocks. Definitely not a spot if you’re looking for peace and quiet though- thin walls and lots of group wedding/birthday parties. Security is responsive if needed. The place it self was amazing! For 4 girls perfectly.

We had a wonderful stay at Kari's place! Everything was just as described-clean, cozy and thoughtfully arranged. The location was perfect-close to everything but still peaceful and quiet at night. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a spacious, clean and comfortable place to stay.

My family and I had a great stay! Tiffany is very responsive. She gave us local recommendations which were spot on. She also left us snacks and drinks which were really thoughtful. The property is minutes from every place you'll want to be in the area. The space is well thought-out and accomodating. One room is closed off and one is in the general living space. This was actually pretty great. With little ones who are often a little apprehensive in a new town, this actually worked well because they were able to stay close. All-in-all, we had an amazing stay with an amazing host!

This was perfect for our group. The listing description and photos were accurate, and the home was exceptionally clean, quiet, and well-equipped with amenities. As a first-time Airbnb guest, I had a great experience. The location offered convenient access to the highway, making it easy to get around town. The host was also extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

Great Airbnb and probably the cleanest one I have ever been to! Courtney had really thought of everything from the decor to the tripod to take group photos. She was very responsive and I would highly recommend her place for your next girls trip to Nashville. Also the beds were extremely comfortable and there is lots of left over bachelorette decorations/props for the next guest to use. Enjoy! Cheers

This home is beautiful and perfect for a group. Be ready to get your steps in with the stairs, but the location is great. There are restaurants, liquor stores, grocery stores, and quick bites as well as things to do around the area. Broadway was a short car ride away (5-7 minutes), it was awesome to have the extra space and privacy from downtown. Getting a break from all the downtown action was exactly what we needed at the end of the day. Do yourself a favor and book this place!

Beautiful home - this is our "go to" place to stay in Nashville. Always impeccably clean upon arrival and the hosts are very responsive and helpful. A perfect place to stay for a friend group or family or couples travelling together!

We had an amazing time! the keypad entry made getting in really easy. The room was really clean and fit the four of us very comfortably. It had everything we could have wanted. We ended up unknowingly visiting during CMA's which made getting an uber/lyft impossible Saturday night but the room was luckily a safe and walkable distance from Broadway! 10/10 recommend

The place was great. The key pad was tricky, but everything else was great. The only thing would have made it better was a lift to the upper floors.

Shannon is very responsive. The condo is conveniently located. We were very close to restaurants, bars and Broadway. No complaints here. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

We loved our stay in Nashville at David’s property! It was super clean and had everything we could’ve needed. The balcony was our favorite part waking up and having coffee out there and feeling the sun. perfect way to start your day! Check In was super easy, and check out was too! We’re tidy people as it is but it was very easy rules as well. We’ll definitely be back to stay here or in one of david’s other properties!! 10/10 experience! Side Note : this has nothing to do with david or his specific rental properties!!! but the club house needs some serious help, it stinks so bad it was just not hot to walk through everyday!

Perfect for a family of 3! Enjoyed the photo ops and evening dinners on the deck. Loved the location for walking distance to Broadway.

Great location, comfiest beds, very homey. Access to the pool and gym came in clutch and Ubers were super inexpensive. Would definitely use again.

The Airbnb looked just like the pictures and was very close to broadway about a 10 min walk. Yvonne was very responsive and tentative to us and I highly recommend.
