Condo vacation rentals in Midtown, Nashville

This was a great apartment. The decor, pool, etc felt very Nashville. You can’t beat being right next to so many recording studios, and the building is close enough to walk to many entertainment options, but far enough away to still be peaceful when it’s time to relax. I recommend this apartment!

Great place to stay, very close to Broadway! There were very minor issues such as hair in many areas of the condo. On our last night a neighbor across the way was fighting with someone outside, very loud & late at night, around 1am-2am (which I know the host isn't to blame.) other then what is stated above I would definitely book with this host again ! Plenty or amenities and lots to do in the area, great place !!

Dorinda’s place is even better in person! We had a group of 6 girls and it was so perfect. The beds were comfy and the details of the decor is seriously amazing. The location is a safe area and we all felt comfortable walking to the strip even though the Ubers are very affordable. I would definitely recommend for a bachelorette or girls trip!

This place was very wonderful! It was so worth the price we paid. It is about two blocks from the Main Street (Broadway) so far enough to where it’s quiet, but close enough to walk. I would totally stay here again!

Olivia's place a great last minute find as our original airbnb had to cancel the Thursday before we arrived on Sunday. Location couldn't be any better to get to all the midtown. Very responsive host and answered any questions we had. Will definitely re-book for our next adventure!

Perfect place!!! We had so much fun, we loved it all. Especially the vanity room, it had the most perfect lighting :) bed and pillows were also extremely comfortable and the outdoors made an awesome view!

Overall we had a great stay at this spot for our friend's bachelorette weekend. A perfect spot for that - so much fun decor for pictures and a great location! Less than 10 mins to broadway. Unfortunately the AC was not working when we arrived, however Dorinda responded immediately and within 12 hours (the following day) a tech came to fix it. The remainder of the trip we had no issues with that! Another thing - we were glad we were in contact with a decoration company that was going in beforehand to decorate for our bride, because getting into the unit wasn't super clear. We had the correct address, but the spot is located in a condominium/apartment type location - and we did not know the section or unit number. Otherwise, our stay went smoothly. We would definitely stay here again!

Melanie was a great host. Very responsive and condo was clean and thoughtfully stocked with necessities and extras. And was a great location - easily walkable to Broadway.

Thank you for a nice stay at the condo in Nashville. It was even better than the photos on the AirBnB listing and we were very comfortable there for our weekend. It was a great place to come back to and chill between daytime outings and evening concerts at The Ryman and Jane’s Hideaway. We felt close enough to the action but also removed enough to not be overwhelmed by the non stop downtown scene! Nice beds, nice and clean bathrooms, nice furniture, nice decor, nice tall ceilings and windows, overall, such a nice vibe!

This Airbnb was perfect! Everything was clean and the decor was super cute. The location was perfect for walking to the gulch and a short 10 min Uber ride to broadway. Linda was always quick with responding so if you ever needed anything, you would be able to easily get in touch with her. I did notice that you had to type in the door code to the actual condo twice to get it to unlock so just a heads up if you’re staying here. I would one thousand percent recommend staying here if you’re visiting Nashville!!

Kimberly was incredibly responsive to all of our questions. The location is perfect for tourists with no car. Broadway and the Farmers Market are both easy to walk to.

Love that the place was a walkable distance to broadway, about a 25 minute walk. There are other restaurants close by and a grocery store. The place was clean and the instructions were clear.

This place was exactly as pictured! The space was everything we needed and more. We had 6 girls staying here and there were plenty of towels for all, the kitchen was stocked with dishes. It was the perfect size for us so we weren’t all running into each other. The neighborhood was quiet and just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Broadway so we could relax at the end of every night. Highly recommend this place!

Very easy instructions. Condo was clean, quiet and only mins from Broadway and The Gulch. Pleasantly surprised to see a few small other amenities that aren’t normally seen with other rentals (i.e a sound machine and portable fan). Thanks for a great stay!

Loved our stay at Stacie’s! She was great to communicate with and has clearly thought of everything to make your stay more comfortable! Coffee station had creamers and sugar. Brita pitcher for refilling water bottles. Place was clean upon arrival and I was most impressed with the new or newer shower liner. Location definitely walkable to the lower Broadway/downtown area. Overall a nice stay and we would definitely go back!! Maria V

Carrie is a proactive, informative, very reliable,friendly great host. The place is peaceful strategic close enough to downtown Nashville; Easy to access to great restaurants, all activities, also quiet and peaceful from all the downtown chaos. The place provided all the amenities mentioned with easy parking.

Was in town to see concert at The Brooklyn Bowl. This location was an easy 5 minute walk to venue. There was construction going on across the street that made getting into location a little difficult if using gps but not a big issue.

Nice, safe unit within a secure building that has a front desk in lobby. Parking garage and great rate. Easily walkable to Broadway where bars are located. Short drive to other Nashville attractions using our rental car. Frederick answered any questions I had very quickly. Definitely would recommend staying here!

I loved this place! It was the best location it could have been, and right next to the river trail for a scenic walk into Broadway. I loved how close it was to the Sounds Stadium and the new restaurants there. Also, Liz's touches were so thoughtful! It wasn't just normal stuff, she had cotton pads that I realized I had forgotten when I arrived and nice shampoos, and made sure that since we had to start the dishwasher to check out, it was an easy pod! Would definitely stay again.

I absolutely loved my stay at Nick's condo! It was the perfect spot for my extended work trip. I loved the location because it was so close to my work project, but it also had great walkability to food spots & several places to run errands. The Midtown / West end neighborhood felt super safe & I loved the energy. The building itself is beautiful. The amenities of the building are so awesome! The gym is great and never super busy & I loved all the communal areas and decor. Props to the hydration & coffee station. The condo itself was the best part! So amazingly decorated & a great layout with beautiful views of Midtown/the cute hotel rooftop across the way. The condo has everything you need for cooking, cleaning/laundry, lounging, closet space etc. I DID NOT WANT TO LEAVE--I loved it that much! Nick was great with meeting me with check-in and constantly communicating throughout my extended stay. Highly recommend this place to everyone & anyone! Hope to be back on my next work trip!

Beautiful setting, great location, close to downtown action and close to Germantown restaurants. We'd stay there again.

We loved being by the river and having coffee on the balcony each morning. It was a quick Uber to all the excitement of downtown and everyone we met was super friendly! We had never been to Nashville before and we are definitely glad we came. Would love to stay here again sometime.

My wife and i had a great time while in Nashville. Cindys place was very clean and in a great neighborhood within walking distance of the Gulch and Broadway. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit nashville. You get all the city offers and her place is perfect. 20-30 min walk to most places and Uber was anywhere from $10-$15. Very nice place and reasonably priced. We will definitely be back
