Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Midtown, Memphis

The home was beautiful and thoughtfully decorated. Elizabeth and Mike were very responsive and helpful hosts. We would definitely stay there again the next time we’re in Memphis.

We absolutely loved staying here. Everything was as expected and Joshua took good care of us. It was pretty much 10 to 15 minutes anywhere we wanted to go. It was exactly what we were looking for. Would definitely stay there again. If you’re not a fan of the big city, this is the perfect place to be suburbs and safe community.

The Host was so nice and super chill. The midtown area is the place to be and it was a smart decision to be in this area.

This place was such a beautiful home. The decor inside was so unique. Loved every bit of it. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was amazing. Morgan was very responsive, and extremely helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Ben’s place was very comfortable, clean and convenient. We felt right at home in a great neighborhood. It was wonderful to stay here!

Dane's place was exactly as promised. It was comfortable, clean, and spacious. My group had a wonderful time. The AC is cold (in the best kind of way) and each room has a ceiling fan. The kitchen and bathrooms were spotless and the beds are comfortable with plenty of extra pillows and blankets. The location is conveniently close to the downtown area without being in the middle of the noise. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This house was EVERYTHING!!! It was very spacious and fully stocked and very clean. The area was super nice and quiet and you are literally 5-10 min away from anything. A lot of restaurants nearby as well. I recommend this house and i will be booking again next time I visit Memphis.

Maybe the cutest Airbnb I've ever stayed in. Access was simple enough, the host was super responsive, and the place was quiet at night. I'd stay again!

Don and Billy were amazing hosts. They were super communicative. They left us perfect instructions and were there to meet us when we checked in to greet us and make us feel at home. The apartment is great and had all we needed. It's also very close to Beale Street. The location is fantastic. Thanks so much for making us feel so welcome.

We did a 3 night stay. it was peaceful, gated, and in a safe area! Tim was very responsive and made sure you had everything you need. Very clean and plenty space for a couple.

Great suite with all the amenities and a responsive host

A++ rental! We loved our stay here and actually ended up extending a few additional days. Was very glad to finally find an Airbnb that was still small enough for just two people but also included a large comfy couch where you could comfortably spread out and relax without being so cramped like how some other 1bd/1ba rentals seem to only have tiny couches. Would totally stay here again. The neighborhood is very quiet and the other guests were all very quiet and we never had any disturbances at all during our stay. Perfect hidden gem in a historical area of midtown. Thanks! Will definitely be back again!

It was absolutely beautiful, with clean a and beautiful color pallette and decor.

I enjoyed my stay here and felt the money was worth it, considering the added security measures in place. Also, I had a few little issues which were resolved with a little back and forth Landlord has gone above and beyond to assist in returning a package that arrived after I left. . It is very close to many of the local activities. I would recommend if you need to be close to downtown.

This a beautiful place and the pictures don’t do any justice- for this to be downtown, it’s quite and private. The location is walkable to some great restaurants and shops .

We had a fantastic stay at Jon’s condo, plenty of space, clean and well stocked, which made our trip even easier!

Jon was such a responsive and thorough host!! He always replied to my questions. The space exceeded my expectations! We were there for our wedding and there was so much space for us to finish our wedding prep before our special day. We loved that it was so close to Overton Square (where our wedding was held)! Loved sitting on the 2nd floor balcony in the morning and listening to the birds while drinking coffee

It’s everything you can imagine, if you want a place to chill and relax and actually enjoy your stay this is the place for you. I love it so much and I will be coming back again!!!!!!
