EZ's communication/response time was great! I would stay again and highly recommend it. The only MINOR downside to the accommodation is that it is quite close to train tracks and could be a bit noisy at night.

This apartment was a perfect spot for us to stay for our daughter’s graduation from Miami University! It was a quick drive from campus which we appreciated after a long day and night of celebrations. The instructions for check in and getting into the apartment were very easy to follow. We had no issues! The apartment was cute and nicely furnished. Very clean! Would stay again!

This place is a great stay. It’s clean and close to coffee shops/restaurants to checkout! It’s a perfect spot for any hospital workers as it’s close to Miami valley hospital.

The cottage was amazing and accommodating. Yvonne and Stephen left no stone unturned. Their communication was very prompt and welcoming. My experience was a very pleasant one and I look forward to future stays when visiting family.

We really enjoyed our stay during graduation weekend. We were not there much as super busy in Oxford, didn't use the kitchen, loft or get to explore Hamilton. Place is very clean and has everything you need. Bed was comfy and has air conditioning units in every room, if needed. Double check WIFI works upon arriving as it wasn't working for us. Hubby used hot spot so we didn't let Cinthya know until check out. I highly recommend staying here, it's only 22 minutes from Oxford & very reasonably priced! Thanks for being a great host!

We loved our stay at John's place! It is surrounded by woods and it just felt so peaceful- just the kind of relaxation I needed in the mornings with my coffee. John was extremely responsive and checked in while we were there to make sure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to be close to downtown Loveland but with some privacy.

The NorthWest Hideaway was a great place to stay. It was perfect for our getaway retreat. We enjoyed the Xenia area and made good use of the bike trails in the area. It was also a good launching point for a day into Cincinnati. The neighborhood was quiet, and the whole town (what we saw of it) was clean and well cared for. Tamra's place was spotless and clean. It felt very much like home.

Unfortunately, I had to cancel my trip the day before. I contacted Mareka about the situation, and she was very understanding. Her communication was on point, and she gave very clear instructions. I really wanted to experience the Noah's Ark attraction, and when my family and I do, we will book with Mareka.

Maria was a wonderful host. Her directions to entering her Airbnb were clear and informative. She was quick to respond to any questions we had about parking. Her apartment is clean and spacious. We had the perfect place to relax after visiting Richmond and its historic district. There are great restaurants within walking distance. One can feel very safe when exploring nearby stores and museums. We will definitely stay there again.

This was a cozy and convenient place, allowing me and my family to feel comfortable and relaxed during a very busy weekend spent in the Dayton and Franklin area. It has very easy access to the highway and other helpful locations like Sheets, Restaurants/Coffee, as well as a Walmart in walking distance. Altogether they were really helpful with any questions I had and you could tell they took pride in what they’re doing. If I had to be in the area I would stay again.

Great place to sleep for 1 or 2 people. Great place for the price. 5 minutes from UC Campus. Very clean. Bed was very comfortable and plenty of extra pillows. Bathroom is a bit tight, but I'm over 6 ft tall and didn't have any real issues. It is an older building and the area is mostly an older commercial/industrial area, but it was clean with convenient parking and I felt very safe at all times. The only train noises I heard from the nearby railyard was some occasional train wheel squeaks, but they were almost unnoticeable with the AC or TV on. Road noise from the highway is blocked by the other buildings, so no problem there either. If you have issues climbing stairs, you may find the staircase steep, but I had no problems carrying my bags up.

We have stayed at Gary's a few times and each time everything was wonderful.Lovely place.Will highly recommend it.

awesome place, close to town but secluded, pool and hot tub did not disappoint, cool layout plenty of seating, good ac, loved the projector and surround sound we watched 2 family movies and had a great time, kids loved the love sacs. As fellow hosts nice work

Very nice apartment on the River. Many walkable restaurants. Able to walk to Stadiums in Cincy. Apartment was nice and clean. Comfortable King Bed. We really enjoyed our stay. Follow instructions parking vehicle.

My family and I loved the place. Nice and clean with plenty of cleaning supplies and toiletries.. The host was very helpful, the 1st night we were a bit chilly, I told the host and they brought out a very nice space heater. We will definitely book here again.

Our plans may have gotten cancelled due to the weather, but Letrice’s place was a nice respite. Hot tub was lovely, and it was super sweet that she got us snacks that we liked. I would definitely stay at Letrice’s place again if we come back for the Ren Faire!

The house is a nice open space and the fenced yard was great for our dogs.

Great location! We walked everywhere. Lola’s for coffee every morning! We enjoyed the gym and hot tub as well.

The location is very central—close to everything you might need—and the space had all the essential amenities. The host was gracious and quick to respond, which made things easy. If you’re looking for a clean, safe, and economical place to stay, this is a solid choice.
