Unsere 2025 fertiggestellte Waldvilla ist umringt von zahlreichen Kiefernbäumen und liegt direkt im Küstenwald nur 200m entfernt vom wunderschönen Sandstrand des Seebads Lubmin. Es handelt sich um ein einzigartiges holzverkleidetes Architektenhaus mit großer eigener Terrasse, zwei Schlafzimmern jeweils mit Kingsize Boxspringbett und separaten Bädern, einem Kinderzimmer, Sauna, Kamin und modernster Inneneinrichtung, die keine Wünsche offen lässt und direkt zum Wohlfühlen einlädt.

Kleine Maisonette-Ferienwohnung in einer Ferienanlage mit 4 Häusern à 6 Wohnungen. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Herd, Microwelle, Singlespülmaschine, Toaster, Wasser- und Eierkocher, einer Dolce-Gusto-Kaffeemaschine und Geschirr für bis zu 6 Personen. Ein Kinderreisebett und ein Kinderhochstuhl ist vorhanden. Eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner ist im Keller vorhanden, diese werden jedoch von allen Bewohnern gegen Entgelt/Münzautomat genutzt. Ein Parkplatz ist vorhanden.

Our two identical holiday cottages are located in a separate building next to our main house, each with its own private entrance – quiet and private. The sauna is right next to the natural swimming pond and can be used freely, with towels and bathrobes included. The pond is perfect for cooling off after the sauna. Centrally yet peacefully located, directly by the Small Jasmund Bodden and next to a large nature reserve.
