The house is beautiful, sparkling clean and practical. We were there with four adults and three children and had enough space in the house. The Baltic Sea is only 300 m away and the town center is also within walking distance. For rainy days there are several TVs and many games. When the weather is nice, you can enjoy the sun outside on the seat or play something on the meadow. If it takes us back to the area, we will be happy to come back.

There were five of us in Ulrike's house for a week and enjoyed both the walks to the sea, the use of sauna and swimming pool, as well as the remaining time in their beautiful and very new house. Clean little place a few minutes from the beautiful Baltic Sea beach. We were there with 4 people for a weekend. The accommodation is already very small, recommended for a longer stay more for 2 people. The bungalow is located in an area with many other bungalows, so you have direct neighbors. That didn't bother us, but it would be nice to show that in the photos. Overall a good place to stay for a small budget, especially the proximity to the beach and communication with the host were very good.

Great vacation in this great apartment! We stayed on Rügen for a week and stayed in Gabriele's apartment with our little kids. We all loved it! Gabriele is very friendly and the apartment is great and very spacious. The fully equipped kitchen is a big plus! We'll be back!

We had a lovely stay! The location was great (close to the beach, and we liked the Sellin very much!), we were warmly welcomed & there was also a small welcome sparkling wine. Cleanliness was great, unfortunately the bed was very well laid out on one side. Wifi was away by the hour... From the balcony you had a beautiful sea view (unfortunately somewhat adjusted by a construction site, but fortunately was hardly disturbing). Thanks to the location and good amenities we would definitely visit again :)

Andreas' apartment has everything you need to spend a few nice days at the lake. The bed is very comfortable. Everything necessary is available in the kitchen. The promenade is right outside the door. An Edeka is not too far away. We had a lovely time in Binz.

A very nice place that leaves nothing to be desired. For a few days off, I would recommend it right away. It's a little clairvoyant, but also no drama. The communication was flawless and there were even tips on where to eat well:). We enjoyed our time very much.
