Private quarters with separate entrance, spacious living room, full kitchen, bedroom w/closet, bathroom w/shower, and a covered sitting area overlooking city. 15 minutes from Fiesta Texas and Sea World, 25 minutes from downtown, and one mile away from Old Town Helotes. Pool & hot tub are available for additional fee of $50 per pool use in the morning 9:00 - 4:00, or in the evening 4:00 -10:00. Pool is not heated during colder months, only hot tub is.

Update: The lake water level is really really low right now, most areas dry, we need some major rain! Quiet, peaceful, walking distance to pebble beach park. Private covered SMALL pool (Not heated) on property. NO PARTIES! House is private - inside gate Abundant deer to enjoy and feed from backyard. 2.5 miles to The 4 Way Bar & Grill (concerts) 2.6 miles to la Cabana (Mexican food) 24 miles to Sea World 31 miles to Six Flags Fiesta Texas 18 miles to Bandera, Texas (cowboy Capital)

Welcome to the river house, our little slice of central Texas heaven! Here you’ll find a comfy, secluded, private home on the banks of the Medina river, located 45 minutes outside of San Antonio and a short 15 minute drive to Bandara. This recently renovated two bedroom all rock home has a bonus room, a large full bath, spare half bath, and everything a family could need to enjoy a great trip to the Medina river. The river is very family friendly and 100 yards directly in front of the house.
