Small but comfortable apartment in convenient location- right next to train station & couple blocks to the tram. Quiet spot around corner from Sydney Rd with lots of shops and restaurants. Only one burner works on stove, so perhaps better to go out to one of 1000 nearby restaurants.

This is a really great air bnb. Extremely clean, beautiful fresh clean bedding. What stood out for me is that is was a really excellent set up. I also appreciated a decent array of towels including a hand towel and face washer, well provisioned shower and bathroom. Wayne was a proactive and communicative host. All in all, a great set up. I would definitely stay again. I highly recommend this great cozy place. Very conveniently located too.

Stayed 2 nights at Allan and Elizabeth’s listing. The place was as per photos and felt very clean and fresh. Host was kind to get the heating turned on for us before we arrived as it was a cold day. We chose this area as it was in close proximity to the massive Chadstone shopping centre and is between Melbourne and Phillip Island (penguins). Overall a very pleasant and easy stay. Do note to request for self check-in if required as we had the host wait up for us and we felt really bad!

Lovely stay at this apartment! Close to the train so it is both convenient and comfortable- quiet street with easy accessibility which made the last half of our stay in Melbourne that more enjoyable. My second time staying at Kate's place. Met Kate before checking-in and had a pleasant conversation over a cuppa before checking-in. Her place is super convenient and the tram is literally at the doorstep. No noise from road. Very cosy. My go-to place now when I'm in Melbourne. Thanks Kate!! :)

This place is perfect and comfortable. So accessible and modern, close to the Fitzroy action and heaps of pubs. Bedroom was so quiet and the kitchen and lounge was so spacious. Highly recommended.

We had a great few days at this beautiful apartment while visiting our son in nearby Preston. The space is comfortable and cosy as well as generously stocked with everything you could need for your stay. Great location near bustling High St and Jessica was always helpful and responsive. Perfect for two people and we would definitely stay here again.

Fran was a great host, the house was well situated close to shops and a short drive from the train station. It was in a quiet area, with not much traffic noise. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking at staying in this area.

Lynn’s place was the perfect place for us to spend a peaceful and relaxing long weekend. The house is so spacious, with plenty of room for everyone to come together or have some quiet time apart. There were lots of games and activities for both kids and adults, a well stocked lovely kitchen, comfy beds (all with electric blankets and lovely linen) and the scenery outside was beautiful. We didn’t need to, or want to, leave all weekend!

Amazing stay with friends at this house. Large enough to accommodate 8 people and positioned privately. Absolutely loved the large dining table which accommodated us during meal times. Kitchen had everything we needed to make meals and even had a kitchen aid to make pancakes 😊 Overall very pleasant experience.

Great for our work needs

Our stay at this accommodation was absolutely perfect for my family. We stayed for over two months and had a truly wonderful experience. The location is fantastic—less than a 10-minute drive to shops, restaurants, and the train station, with the added convenience of close proximity to the Hume Highway, making trips to the city or scenic drives effortless. The property was exceptionally well-equipped, offering every amenity you could hope for in an Airbnb—and then some. The host, Annemarie, was incredible. She had thoughtfully prepared everything, provided clear instructions, and was always responsive if we ever needed anything. Her attention to detail made our stay seamless and comfortable. My son especially loved playing in the side yard, which was a great bonus for families. Overall, this was a fantastic place to stay, and I highly recommend it!

The stay at David’s place was amazing! The flat was very clean and tidy, with abundant amenities. The view is breathtaking and exceptional, viewing the landscapes of melbourne with beautiful glass windows. David is also friendly and nice, tried his best to accommodate our needs and requests. Overall the stay has been superb!

Repeat customers and love coming and staying here. So close to the city and the tennis and the footy and the river bank. Great communication and extremely helpful in answering any questions. Thanks again and look forward to our next stay.

What an amazing apartment! The location was perfect for us to attended the MCG for AFL. An easy 10 min walk to local pubs & restaurants& the MCG/Tennis centre precinct. The apartment had everything that you need for a short stay & with an IGA supermarket & coffee shop below, a longer stay would be easy. Parking was easy to get to & say to park in, with lots of spaces available if your vehicle is on the bigger size. The large balcony with BBQ & outdoor setting was also a welcome change from the small, one person balconies that we are used to. The dual bathrooms were also fantastic. We were a little concerned about the shower, however, the small heads are quite powerful & the temperature is hot! Staples in the panty included oils, spices, sugars, salt & pepper. The small milk that was in the fridge was not enough, perhaps 2 next time? All in all, a great space, location & relatively quiet neighbourhood. Maery was an amazing host. Thank you, we will be back 😁

The hosts were very hospitable and accommodating to our needs and really made our stay extremely pleasant! The place is huge even for a family of 8, not to mention the spectacular view from level 59! Definitely value for money and highly recommended for those looking for a place to stay in the CBD area.
