Comfortable and clean stay has everything you need. Beds are box spring mattresses but where comfortable with nice bedding. The pillows were good quality and fluffy. Sofas were great for relaxing to watch TV with plenty of throw blankets. Highly recommend.

Beautiful place with nice balcony and comfortable furnishings. The bed was so comfortable. Easy to walk into town, and nice to have a restaurant right next door.

We had a wonderful 7 day stay in this beautiful apartment. It is beautiful, clean, and comfortable. We felt right at home. The living room wa spacious comfortable, with a large TV, and a cozy fireplace unit. The kitchen had everything necessary to cook meals, plus a nice assortment of coffee and tea, along with a Keurig. The bathroom was fresh and clean with plenty of towels. The bedroom had a large, comfortable bed with fresh linens, a large closet, and quiet dedicated workspace. Laundry facility was accessible right outside our door. The area and building were clean and quiet, with a lovely enclosed backyard with picnic table. Cornelius was a very responsive, helpful, friendly host, who answered all our questions, and made sure we had all the information we needed to make our stay fun and easy. Check in process was very simple, and there is ample parking I highly recommend Cornelius and this lovely unit. You will be very pleased with your stay.

Very nice place to stay. Right next to journeyman distillery. We used this as the bridal suite for our wedding. Something to know is that this loft is connected to the theatre so if there is a concert, it will be loud, and is probably not the best choice if you have young kids. We had a small hiccup with the door lock not accepting the code and needed to be reset. Other than that, good experience.

The Loft is cozy and just right for what we needed for a weekend in Niles. Chelsea was kind and engaging. Instructions for the house were clear and simple.

Such a cute spot in a quaint little town. Apartment has everything you need and more and is conveniently located to coffee shops, restaurants, and retail. 10/10.

My family & I had such a lovely stay at Bridget’s! It was very comfortable and Bridget & her family were super thoughtful with the small touches they provided- from the waters & snack to the sweet greeting cards. Thank you for making our stay a little extra special.

My two girlfriends and I stayed here for two nights and it has the most beautiful view of Lake Michigan! We arrived later in the evening and were so thankful that our host left us with restaurant menus and recommendations, we loved the pizza. Place was clean and very well stocked with linens and even coffee and some water in the fridge. The beach is a steep staircase away (it was a bit rough, and my legs hurt, but it’s worth the trek). Also thank you sooo much for letting us use your beach chairs! We stayed on the beach from sunrise to sunset. It was magical and the views are to die for! Our only complaint would be the lack of communication that the host would be staying on site during the same weekend as us. The listing brags about a private beach and yet at one point the hosts wife appeared 15-20 feet sitting directly behind us reading a book. We felt like teenagers being watched by our mother. We decided to take a walk, and when we came back she was gone, but it was weird.

Stayed for a weekend trip to the beach. Central location, about 5 minutes drive from Mount Baldy, and 5 minutes drive from Washington Park Beach. The suite is spotless, well decorated, and has more and better quality kitchen supplies than most AirBNB options (has a full spice rack, dishes, pots and pans, and a full knife block!). Beds were comfortable and they generously provided beach towels, bikes, 4 beach chairs, and a beach umbrella. The only negatives were that it is two blocks from a train station (as is everything else with close availability to the beach) with some early morning trains that could wake up late sleepers, and a construction site across the street- the construction noise was minimal to us, and the construction should at some point be completed. We hope to stay with Jessie again for our next visit!

She recommended the Farmer’s market and we walked there. We really had no plans and I was impressed how much was around that we could walk too. We did door dash a few times because we just wanted to relax. Outlet mall was literally across the street and we did explore that. The place was comfortable and quaint. It was plenty big enough.

Nice location- short walk to the beach...The host provided many amenities, like folding chairs for the beach.

This place is so special! I was specifically looking to get away to work on a project and Kamala‘s studio couldn’t have been more perfect for that. I felt like I was in a treehouse with all the windows and beautiful views of the pond & grounds below (which I also enjoyed exploring.) As a solo traveler I appreciated that the studio is attached to the main house—felt very safe—but also felt like I had privacy. The desk space overlooking the backyard was lovely. Great mini creative retreat. Would love to do it again! I will say if you’re a light sleeper / not a morning person, maybe pack a sleeping mask or ear plugs as the light comes in early & the birds wake up early too!

I was looking for a cozy spot with a jacuzzi for a weekend celebration for my husband’s birthday and it was so much more than that. Carlo was super helpful with recommendations and quick to respond back. Such a great area to walk around and explore. We loved staying here and are looking to book later again this year!

Very cute little inn. Nice to park on the premises and nice yard to sit as well as pvt hot tub. The suite was very nice and walkable down town, beach.. great having the amtrak in town and took a day trip to chicago. Definitely be back!!! Lisa has done a great job with the Inn…

The host was very responsive and friendly. He gave recommendations on where to eat. The recommendation of a tiny restaurant named Cool Runnings ended up being a HIT SENSATION! I was HAPPY that he recommended the restaurant. The home is nestled in back at a dead end street. Nice neighborhood and quiet! Waking up to the view of the beach was great. Literally a 3 minute walk down a path will get you to the beach. That walk alone was definitely worth the money spent. I loved the arcade games. When visiting Michigan City again we will stay here. Carlo accommodated us last minute and it met our needs perfectly. The house is beautiful and was pristine. It looks better than the photos and I felt right at home. Highly recommend this property if you are in Michigan City area.
