Beautiful place. We loved it. Note: wash clothes are not provided. Not complaining—just helpful to know if you’re expecting them. The site was amazing. Cana was a wonderful host.

Everything was excellent, the communication, the check-in and the place is exactly as shown in the photos. Just keep in mind that at the end of the stay you have to pay for the electricity used.

Very well located and maintained apartment. Very close to restaurants and a shopping mall. I would improve the building's gym since it is a bit worn down. Everything else is very good.

This property is DR paradise!!! The staff Luz, Altagracia and Bernardo go above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect (they are the nicest people). My top priorities are safety and cleanliness which were 100%. The beachfront makes this an excellent location. And also There's restaurants, activities, and shops just steps away.

by far the best host I have so far, Claudia is very attentive always responds and solves any concerns even with references in the city that have nothing to do with the accommodation totally recommended.

Great location in Zona colonial. There are plenty of things to do, very walkable area. Def recommend.

The most beautiful scenery I have yet to see in DR. I thought the bugs would be a problem but it wasn't at all. When you have the lights on just shut the doors or keep the lights on in the balcony. When you go out shut the doors and lights off. Michael and Sabine are the best. Very fast reaction to any issues or information of the area you need. A must stay and a must return. We all loved our stay, the apartments are beautiful. Up to date entertainment. There were lots of thoughtful bits to help make our stay even better like foldable chairs to take to the beach which is like a minute walk a at if that. The security staff were super helpful and friendly also like Romone so helpful. I would definitely stay here again. No complaints at all.

Demetria's place is a perfect place to stay for enjoying Dominucus. The apartment is basic but comfortable and has air conditioning in both the living room and the bedroom, which is hard to find. The location in the complex was ideal because it is quiet...not overlooking the pool or the parking lot. The pool area is lovely. Demetria was very quick to answer any questions. Overall this is a great value, and we hope to be back.

Excellent place, everything was very clean and tidy, I had everything you need for a pleasant stay, Yairen was very kind, always attentive to our stay, something excellent is that it allowed us to do the check up earlier, and gave us clear instructions. The residential is very nice and quiet. The location super easy to get to. I would definitely recommend it 100%.

Great place with views of the bridge having the Jacuzzi is a plus

We really enjoyed staying at Lenny’s place. We had been to the Tracadero previously on a day pass and were excited to return and Lenny’s place did not disappoint. The property and grounds are stunning. Lush gardens and greenery throughout the complex. The unit itself is wonderful. It’s laid out well and very spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the bedroom itself is dark and quiet for a great sleep. We used the back patio multiple times a day. Very private and quiet back there with views. The kitchen is well stocked. We were able to cook breakfast daily and eat on the patio. The resort itself was not very busy so we had no issues getting chairs. Lots of restaurants close by for dinner and for lunch we usually grabbed a pizza from the restaurant on site. Our flight was cancelled less than 24hrs before we were supposed to leave and Lenny was able to work around our new arrival time. She also answered various questions before we left. We’d love to return to Lenny’s place.

This is my favorite place I have stood in. I will recommend this to all my friends and I will travel again and stay at this location. Everything was perfect.

It is a great place to stay that offers plenty of space and nice views of the city. The car could be safely parked in the courtyard. Especially the outdoor area with pool was great and there was the possibility to grill. We felt very comfortable, which was also due to the good communication with the hostess.

This is my second time, I know that says it all!!! The apartment is super comfortable with everything you need during my stay. I recommend it at 100😍😍. Rosario was super friendly as always.

It was not easy to climb so many stairs so it is suggested to consider an elevator, as not every guest is able to climb up to the 5 to piso

Joel is a great host he has great communication skills and will always make sure everything is up to part and you have a great time definitely a 10/10 I would highly recommend someone to him if they looking for something that is nice and affordable I had a great time and will definitely be back👌🏿
