In summer, at low water, there are beautiful gravel banks and opportunities to refresh yourself + waterfall. Guest house and village shop are within 5 minutes' walking distance.

Our apartment is located on a hill in the district of Viechtwang overlooking the beautiful Alm river. In about 500 m there is a bakery for your breakfast wishes. You enjoy your completely own realm on about 35 m². In addition, you have your own wardrobe in the entrance area right in front of the apartment. Outside we offer a great garden with terrace and barbecue area under the shady walnut tree. In the winter months, you can enjoy the proximity to the Kasberg ski resort (15 min).

Our chickens and 4 dwarf donkeys are located in the slope below/next to the tiny house. Romantic little hut right on the edge of the forest with in-house sheep. PURE Austrian feeling! Come with a whole group or as a couple and enjoy the silence. We intentionally do without Wi-Fi TV and the like. At the large gravel parking lot in front of the cabin, you can make a campfire and grill with our tripod with grill grate. Then fall asleep to the soothing sound of the stream.
