Outstanding place to stay in Takayama, have nothing bad to stay. From location, interior, host communication, check-in, everything was great and highly recommend if you would like to stay in Takayama.

We had the best night stay at this B n B in a quiet area surrounded by a beautiful Japanese garden and neighbourhood rice fields. Our hosts were extremely welcoming and supplied everything we needed and more than expected. We only stayed for 1 night but would have loved to have stayed for more. In the morning our hosts cooked us a big breakfast and made us a big pot of their coffee. If you want to stay somewhere wholesome and provided with a Japanese house and family stay, this is the one to pick! Would absolutely stay again and highly recommend!

We enjoyed every moment of our stay at this particular house. We liked the house, and in particular our host, Toru! It was so nice to communicate, exchange ideas, culture, food, music and kanji writing. Exploring Takayama was a pleasant experience with you guiding us.
