Please clean after use and sort the garbage properly. - Please do not smoke indoors (including the bathroom) and lower the volume after 10:00 pm to maintain the quality of your stay. - Please do not eat or drink on the second floor. Illegal activities will be dealt with according to the law. - An outdoor barbecue area with a barbecue grill is provided (bring your own charcoal and small grill mesh). (The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, and reservations need to be made in accordance with night volume control) Guangyu Good House is a renovated penthouse built by a young designer couple who spent half a year building it with their own hands, using ten years of accumulated aesthetic literacy and lifestyle to create a delicate, warm and attractive home. We are happy to share this aesthetic experience, so we welcome you to come to Guangyu Good House to experience life. Our design concept is to allow people in the space to temporarily be homebodies, stay in the house all day, get away from reality, and forget about the troubles and worries in life. The first floor of Guangyu Good House is mainly the entrance and dust area. Please follow the warm wooden stairs after the slippers. The second and third floors are the main activity spaces after you stay in Guangyu Good House. The house is private and will not be disturbed by strangers. There are two rooms on the second floor, two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a bar On the 3rd floor there is a room, a bathroom, a living room, a balcony The three rooms have their own different design ideas and styles, with a Nordic feel of hand-woven and log tropical, or a style of classical art reinterpreted through modern aesthetics, and a simple interpretation of simplicity, we have all done careful polishing and stacking. The bed sets in each room are both supportive and comfortable, suitable for deep sleep, brand new inverter air conditioners, comfortable and design-conscious sofas and armchairs, hand-woven hanging chairs, multi-level space lighting, we hope that beauty is everywhere in the house.

Small residence - detached cabin

Xiaozhu is located in Gongguan Township, Miaoli County, 450 meters above sea level, covering an area of 300 square meters. About 2.5 km from the 26.5K uphill from the Tai 6 Line. Originally named "Tongle World Cabin", it has been operating for 7 years and is a popular B&B in Gongguan. The original owner was unable to manage it due to his busy career, so he changed it to "Xiaozhu" to continue operating. Although Xiaozhu is located in a mountainous area, there are neighbors around and it is safe. Adjacent to the tangerine orchard, you can visit in winter to buy tangerines and jujubes. Several plum blossoms, rambutans, sugar oranges and a row of maple trees are planted outside the house, which are particularly spectacular when they change color before the autumn and winter leaves fall. In February, you can see cherry blossoms, about 3.3 km from the "Xieyungong Cherry Blossom Trail", where you can see thousands of cherry blossoms blooming at the same time. Fireflies can be seen around the cabin in April In May, you can enjoy the view of the paulownia flowers along the Fude Farm Road on the mountain road. The small house has an indoor area of approximately 32 tsubo (106 square meters) and an outdoor area of 14,000 tsubo (46,000 square meters). The garden is managed in a fully eco-friendly manner, with a commitment to not using pesticides and preserving the clean air and natural environment.The scenery is beautiful in all seasons, and the park is rich in wildlife. You can often see birds such as the red-billed leiothrix, crested serpent eagle, barred rockbird, and white-crested partridge flitting through the woods. It is a secluded mountain retreat perfect for relaxing, taking deep breaths, and getting away from the hustle and bustle of the city, and it is also ideal for gatherings of friends and private family trips. Approximately 5,000 Camellia sinensis trees are planted on the estate.
