We booked this place as a very last minute having arrived at our planned air bnb to find it was falsely advertised. As a party of 9 including a baby that had travelled for my son’s wedding you can imagine the urgency .Communication was excellent throughout abc the turnaround ( which was just 30 minutes was fantastic Maria was also very accommodating in allowing one part of the party with the baby leave later . House was very clean and everything we had hoped for .

house was very easy to find and close to everything. within 5 mins of Walmart, shopping, restaurants, etc. house was clean with plenty of room. the only thing I would change is more comfortable beds and blinds on the kitchen windows. overall a great experience and we will definitely stay again.

The expansive kitchen became our gathering hub, perfect for preparing family meals and sharing stories. But what really made this place exceptional was the incredible entertainment setup. The arcade machines were an absolute hit with our grandkids, who spent hours enjoying friendly competitions, while the foosball table created count

This was our third time staying here when we come to Troy. It’s close to all the shops and restaurants. If you like to park the car and walk you’ll love it here. It has a huge side yard for your dog. Bennie loved it. We will definitely stay here again when we come back.

We had a fantastic stay! The house was absolutely amazing—beautifully designed with thoughtful touches in every room, all while being perfectly functional and comfortable. The yard is gorgeous and perfect for relaxing, grilling out, or spending time with your dogs. Everything was spotless and fully stocked with everything we needed. Jeri is a wonderful host—friendly, responsive, and easy to reach if we had any questions, yet respectful of our privacy throughout the stay. She’s truly thought of everything to make guests feel at home. Highly recommend!

We stayed at Casey’s for 10 days while in the Dayton area for training at 4 Paws for Ability for our daughter’s service dog. It was all we needed and more. Comfortable convenient and appointed with all we needed to be away from home for almost 2 weeks! Nice walking paths around the complex and neighborhood with the Greene just 2 miles away with plenty of places to eat or shop.

Thanks for such a lovely place to stay. The sunflower touches were beautiful. I loved how it felt so warm and like I was stepping back in time to a beautiful little farmhouse. Everything was spotless and tasteful. I’m looking forward to returning later in the summer!

Awesome place to come and get away - second time we came to this exact Airbnb - Aaron at the front desk is absolutely awesome and super helpful we've been so fortunate to interact with him both times that we've came here and will definitely be back- there's lots to do even in the off season which is when we came last time-the kids love the indoor heated swimming pool and game room area which makes this a place you can come year round and enjoy the amenities but with all that being said I truly cannot stress strongly enough how wonderful and helpful Aaron is to interact with on both occasions that I've been out there but also Doug and his extremely reasonably priced Airbnb and such a awesome location that makes it a place you definitely want to come back to again and again and I can guarantee I'll be back again .

Latrice’s place was exactly what I needed. From start to finish, the experience was smooth, welcoming, and worth every penny. The space was spotless, the kitchen, linens, and bathroom were all immaculate and well-kept. Check-in was easy with clear instructions. Because of the private location, we met in person to exchange the key, and the process couldn’t have been better. Latrice gave me a full walk-through, showing the garage and how it works, the gym, the entertainment room, and the rooftop with the pool. I felt right at home immediately. The location was peaceful, walkable, and close to great restaurants. Communication with Latrice was top-notch: always responsive, proactive, and super friendly. The place matched the listing perfectly, it looked just like the photos and had all the amenities promised. Overall, this was a great stay. I’d absolutely book again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, hassle-free experience.

I booked the wrong house! Scott has the patience of a saint! He quickly returned my e-mail and call! He brought us blankets and sheets so we were all able to stay at the house. The house was clean and well maintained. Great customer service!

Great location, amazing pickleball park, right across the street. Quiet neighbors, quiet neighborhood, great little donut shop around the corner and very convenient to every place I needed to be especially the airport.

I was hoping that this would be available again when we were planning this most recent trip and was excited to find it was and quickly snatched it up. Everything was great and our one little problem was resolved quickly while we were out enjoying time with family. I would recommend this place to anyone needing to stay in or near Piqua

Unique place and convenient to both Hwy 70 and 75. it was nice to have a garage to park the car. I would recommend this place.
