Superb host, very warm and pleasant person. The space offered is really spacious. Rooms are big and suitable if traveling with family. Multiple parking spots for parking. Very well located accommodation, close to shops and restaurants.

The accommodation matched the description perfectly, and we had a great time (family with 2 small children). the +: - quiet location (opposite the school, so very quiet during school time), and close to the city center 10 min walk and shops, bakery and restaurants right next door very convenient - renovated and well-equipped apartment, very bright - impeccable cleanliness - very responsive host and very clear explanations - self check-in and check-out the -: - medium bedding quality - no wifi (this was well indicated in the listing) but good 4g/5g reception We therefore recommend this listing and will return here in the event of a new stay

Sophie was very friendly and always available to answer our questions. The house is located by the river and very close to Vals-les-Bains with private parking. I think it's the cleanest, most comfortable and best equipped house among all the places I've had in my life! A perfect house to spend a week or two. We particularly appreciated the large sofa in the living room, the enclosed and unoverlooked terrace, the new bedding is extremely comfortable, the dishes with pretty designs. Sophie's flexibility and willingness to help made our stay unforgettable I already want to come back! Thank you🤩!

Had a great time at the apartment offered by Jean François. The accommodation is cozy, pleasant, clean. It feels perfectly good there. Jean François is very friendly and available. I recommend this little gem close to many shops and restaurants. The parking available is really a plus.

We stayed for the 2nd time in this very pleasant and functional apartment. Everything was perfect when we arrived, and it's easy to communicate with Thibaut. The apartment is very well located close to the city center, with a magnificent view. Parking is available in the square. I would recommend this apartment again.

We had a great time! The hosts are very pleasant, helpful and always available if needed. The apartment is impeccable: clean, well arranged and above all ideally located (close to the thermal baths, Vallon Pont d 'Arc, Vogüé, the market, bars and restaurants...). Enough to enjoy our weekend without having to drive too much. Value for money, it's great, a really good place to stay for everything it offers. If we miss Aubenas, we'll be happy to come back. Thank you again for your warm welcome, my girlfriend and I sincerely thank you!
