With its tree-lined streets, two parks, and top bars and restaurants, colonia Condesa, or 'La Condesa', is one of the city's most popular and charming neighborhoods. Castillo de Chapultepec, Paseo de la Reforma, and the Chapultepec metro are all just a short walk away. Walking is the best option, especially since there is so much to see and explore in Condesa and other nearby neighborhoods, like Roma. All main public transportation is just a block away. The metro line that stops here, Chapultepec stop, takes you straight to the city center. If you prefer riding by car, Uber is always the most efficient, and quite cheap, option. We also have a great, trusted driver that offers transportation services to places like Teitihuacán, where you can see the magnificent Pyramids of the Sun and the Moon.

Newly remodeled, with two large bedrooms and a bathroom with shower with hot water. It is a perfect place to relax after an intense day in the exciting atmosphere of Mexico City. Windows in all rooms, especially the window in the living room and a bedroom can be seen trees of the colony giving it a picturesque space. It is a neighborhood on foot. It is charming, safe, full of restaurants, cafes and entertainment. It is a 2-minute walk to Parque México and convenient for public transportation. Chilpancingo metro station is a 10 minute walk away. The building is located in a strategic point, since walking a few steps you find cafe, bars, restaurants, cinema, supermarkets, and public transport. The metro station Chilpancingo is a 10-minute walk away, a private taxi stand is 5 minutes away, as well as an Ecobici bicycle exchange station. For entertainment there is a 48" Smart TV with Netflix, and a variety of books. There is also a laundry room inside the apartment with washer and a dryer. I keep my welcome very short, don't really like to be invasive; but I'm always available for tips, suggestions, etc. The neighborhood is teaming with life 24/7, with little taquerias, a homemade beer shop, and a market nearby. La Roma is also known as one of the two culinary centers in town. The apartment is just two blocks away from the iconic Amsterdam Street. Location is absolutely great, you can just walk to mostly all the interesting places. When going to a museum or tour you can take the subway or bike, these are also very near. There is a bike share station on the corner, a Metrobus station (Campeche) 2 blocks away and a metro station (Chilpancingo) just 10 minutes away. Feel free to water the plants once a week
