Family-friendly vacation rentals in Meung-sur-Loire

This home is very quiet, very nice with its veranda usable even in rainy weather! Everything is very clean, it's a real pleasure. Clotilde is charming, very welcoming with a little surprise... She is full of good tips for visiting the area. We'll be happy to come back.

We really enjoyed our weekend in this atypical house, full of charm as well as the availability and kindness of Francis who welcomed us for the key handover.

A wonderful family weekend in this fabulous place! There's nothing missing! The cottage is superb, the environment is perfect. We were lucky enough to have great sunshine, which allowed us to fully enjoy the pool and garden. Close to places of interest. Small house, clean, practical, nothing missing. The owners are easily reachable and help as much as they can in the event of any problems. The hot tub was extra. The pool area is pleasant and well appointed. Very well located, it allows you to make beautiful visits nearby: Chambord, the castle of Villesavin, Cheverny, the activities of Loisirs Loire Valley, rent bikes,… With our 3-year-old child, it was an excellent destination.

The accommodation was spotless and as described Séverine was very welcoming and the instructions were very clear

We offered 3 unforgettable days to our children and grandchildren!!!! Obviously with the sun, the hot pool was occupied from morning to night!!! The welcome and arrangements with Elodie, allowed me to enjoy my whole family!

We had a nice stay. The surroundings are fantastic and soothing. The two pools and the playground for the kids finished it all off.

We were a group of 10 people spending a weekend at Marielle's house and it was a great experience, above our expectations! The house was clean and well-equipped, no one lacked anything. We were able to enjoy the large garden, the terrace, as well as walks in the surroundings recommended by Marielle. But what gives this rental even more charm is Marielle herself. She is generous and caring, always attentive and available to her guests. A real gem! And she's funny too :) Today we only have one desire: to book our weekend at Marielle's for next year!

Great cottage very well located in the area in relation to castles and zoo. The view of nature from the veranda is just amazing and allows you to rest in peace. Tastefully decorated and well-equipped house for the whole family. Our daughter and our dog and ourselves were very delighted. We would definitely recommend this property.

Excellent family stay in this large, very functional house. We were able to enjoy the beautiful garden, very well exposed, and especially the beautiful table under the "courtyard" with barbecue. Genevieve welcomes with the heart and her home is in her image! The garden is also very pleasant, you can have your meals there with peace of mind. There is room to park the car. Nearby shops (grocery store, bakeries, butcher, post office, cafe) and 2 restaurants, are within walking distance by a pretty path bordering the Cisse at the bottom of the grounds. Château de Chaumont-sur-Loire is less than 15 minutes away and Grand Chambord's natural swimming is less than 30 minutes away!

We were welcomed by Christine and her husband to this lovely cottage which adjoins their home and is set in a peaceful spot. Christine was quick to respond when contacted prior and during our stay and throughout our stay was discrete. The accommodation is very comfortable and well equipped, Christine also provided sufficient bread, jam, milk etc. for breakfast throughout our stay. The cottage is centrally located to visit chateaux’s in the Loire and Cher valleys and a highlight of our stay was a day at Zoo Parc de Beauval. We very much enjoyed our stay and have no hesitation in recommending a stay here

Frederic is a very available host, his house is well located for visiting the castles as well as for walking along the Loire River. Very functional and organized house as needed to spend a good weekend with the family (6 adults and 3 children), no one steps on it. Special mention for the large heated pool which is worth a 5/5 ☺️

we had a very pleasant stay, the park is very peaceful and the accommodation suitable for a couple with 2 children the location provides easy access to the various castles around and the restaurant and shopping recommendations were perfect! thank you!

Great stay under the sun. The pool and large outdoor table are great. The kids had everything they needed to have fun. The hens had little chicks during our stay to the delight of the children. I highly recommend this listing There are also many tours and walks to do nearby.

We had a great weekend with friends. Spacious, clean and functional house in a quiet and relaxing environment. The pool is a real asset. Katia and Christophe are very welcoming and available.

Very good stay at Estelle and her husband's, the region is beautiful we traveled it by bike and boat on the Loire The place met our expectations. We couldn't be more friendly. The cottage is very comfortable and has a very pleasant and peaceful setting. We had a bachelor party and were able to fully enjoy the available space, whether inside to play board games or outside with the barbecue and brazero. Thank you to Laurence and her husband for hosting and being available throughout this weekend!
