Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Metropolitan City of Venice

Andrea & Valentina are exceptional hosts! Andrea’s communication is excellent: he checks in, makes recommendations & is quick to answer any questions you have. The home is beautiful, well decorated, clean, with all the lovely amenities you could ask for. The private garden with the Jacuzzi was a bonus—very relaxing and peaceful. I ended up using it daily! Their home is on a nice quiet canal, tucked away from the very ‘touristy’ areas, but just a short walk to any of the popular attractions. There were tons of lovely restaurants & shops in the neighborhood, and a supermarket about a 5 minute walk away for necessities. Their place is really a gem, and if I could give it more than 5 stars I would! Highly recommend & would definitely book again on my next trip to Venice!

Kuća je velika , vrt je prekrasan.Andrea odgovara brzo. Jedini problem smo imali zadnji dan sa vrućom vodom,domaćin je odmah odgovorio , ali nismo uspjeli skroz riješiti problem. Sve ostalo je bilo super.

L’appartamento è molto accogliente pulito e di nuova costruzione. Ottima la posizione a pochi passi l’area pedonale e l’accesso al mare. Linda una padrona di casa impeccabile sempre disponibile, indicazioni per raggiungere l’appartamento e accedervi minuziose e dettagliate. Raccomando la soluzione proposta.

Wir, 2 Erwachsene mit kleinem Hund, durften 4 Tage in dem Loft verbringen. Die modern eingerichtete Unterkunft lässt keine Wünsche offen, ist sehr gepflegt und absolut ruhig gelegen. Der Bus nach Venedig ist in 3, der Supermarkt in knapp 10 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Auf unsere Fragen zum Appartment erhielten wir rasch und kompetent Antwort. Ein außergewöhnliches Wohnerlebnis, unbedingt zu empfehlen!

Pěkný, útulný a velmi dobře vybavený dům kousek od moře. Angelica reagovala rychle a ochotně. Doporučuji 🙂

Ilaria nous a très bien accueilli. Elle nous a fait la visite de la maison, et donné quelques suggestions concernant la ville de Bibione. La maison est en excellent état, très propre, tous les équipements annoncés étaient présents et fonctionnels. Le village est très calme, la piscine est propre, l'environnement est également très bien entretenu. La ville de Bibione est agréable, de nombreux magasins à touristes (:o) mais aussi de bons restaurants. La plage publique (gratuite) est à 2 ou 3 km (prévoir la voiture pour y aller, mais il est très facile de se garer). Il y avait assez peu de monde, le sable est fin, et on a pied très longtemps (idéal pour les enfants). Bref, c'était parfait. Encore merci à Ilaria pour son accueil et sa maison, nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances.

Une magnifique maison en plein centre de Venise! Complètement privé, l'espace de vie est réparti du plusieurs étages (comme les photos l'illustrent bien). Tout est propre et calme. La literie est confortable. La cuisine est équipée (attention petit frigo et pas de four ni de lave vaisselle). Situé dans le quartier San Marco, tout est accessible à pied ! L'accueil à l'arrivée au vaporetto par Alessandra était très agréable. Bref une location de choix pour visiter Venise.

The place was wonder itself with 200 % satisfaction. Olga was very kind and responded quickly. All he rooms, kitchen, furniture, equipment was clean and with high standard. Thanks, Olga!!

We were so grateful for Dario’s help during our stay over Easter. He and his wife were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. They were flexible and even ordered our takeout for us as there was a language barrier. The kitchen had everything we needed as a family of 10. The set up of the rooms was perfect for a girls room and a boys room where the cousins could spend quality time together and make memories to last a lifetime. The train is close by and takes 23min to get to Venice. What a beautiful day we had there! Thank you to Dario and family for welcoming us so kindly!

Abbiamo trascorso una sola notte nella struttura di Alvise e possiamo confermare le tante recensioni positive. Avendo organizzato una gita a Venezia l alloggio è risultato la scelta perfetta per raggiungere per raggiungere la laguna con pochi minuti di un comodo treno. L alloggio si trova proprio di fronte alla stazione ferroviaria e senza stress molto velocemente siamo arrivati destinazione. Il parcheggio all interno della struttura è stato comodissimo, la camera bella spaziosa e pulita e la colazione fantastica poiché molto curata con prodotti selezionati di qualità e a km 0. Super consigliato torneremo sicuramente!

Wir möchten uns herzlich für die Gastfreundschaft bedanken, eine sehr nette und zuvorkommende Familie. Das Haus war sehr sauber und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Ebenfalls die dazugehörende Umgebung mit dem Whirlpool lassen keine Wünsche offen. Die Strände von Lignano und Bibione liegen nur wenige Autominuten vom Haus entfernt. Die Location ist sehr zum Empfehlen.

Ero in zona per motivi di lavoro e mi serviva un posto easy per la notte. Perfetto per questo scopo.

Sono sempre alla ricerca di belle case per godermi il tempo con gli amici quando torno in Italia per pochi giorni, con questa villa abbiamo raggiunto il massimo livello di lusso, dato soprattutto dalla presenza di tante camere e tanti bagni. Torneremo sicuramente
