Vacation rentals with a home theater in Metropolitan City of Venice

I recommend staying in an apartment. Roberta took care of every detail, an iron, towels (which I didn't need), laundry or dishwasher pods, and the beds were very comfortable. The apartment was clean. I absolutely didn't hear the neighbors. Drive time to Venice 50 minutes. Worth it 😊

Everything perfect!! Located in a quiet location but a minute's walk from bars, restaurants and supermarkets. 20 minutes from Piazza San Marco. A few minutes away is the "arsenale" vaporetto stop. clean apartment and equipped with everything. Silvia was very courteous and attentive to our every need.

We had a pleasant stay at Nicola's. The apartment is well-equipped, very clean and very conveniently located: 2 minutes' walk from the train station (which is very convenient for visiting Venice and Padua in particular). Plus, Nicola is an attentive host, we highly recommend. Émilie and family

We wish we could give this apartment and its host, Alessandro, more than five stars. Alessandro picked us up at the train station in his boat and took us to the apartment. What a start! It had been raining and flooding for several days and we had to enter through the window, which just added to the overall charm. The apartment has so many small unique touches that make it a comfortable and fun place to stay. The location is great, outside a small square that is alive with families in the early evening and walkable to many points of interest and great places to eat. We highly recommend this place - and its host - and if we find ourselves headed to Venice again, we hope it is available to book.

I’ve been to Oderzo many times, this apartment was a stand out, ticks all the boxes. I would stay there 100% when I return.

We loved our stay in this beautiful, Venetian apartment. The location was perfect! We were right down the street from a square with great restaurants. The proximity to the vaparetto stop was absolutely key, but it was out of the fray enough to feel quiet and local. It was a short walk to great bakeries and we loved just walking around and discovering cafes and stores. The apartment itself was a perfect example of vintage with modern touches. We loved the decor and felt like we were getting an authentic, Venetian experience. The exposed brick walls and rustic wood beamed ceilings were stunning, as was the backyard patio. It was also great for my mother-in-law, who has mobility issues, since it was on the first floor. I can’t express how much we loved our time here. We would definitely come back and stay with Mariacristina and Ravi again. They were so generous and let us check-in early and gave us a tour of the space. I highly recommend this apartment for your stay in Venice. Caio!

The house is great and has everything you need!The host Rick is also very nice, provided a lot of convenience, gave very good advice, the most important thing is that my flight was at night on the last day, when I asked him where I could deposit it nearby, he took the initiative to say that he could help me deposit it for free, which was really considerate.Anyway, I would recommend everyone to stay at his house, especially Chinese people. Isn't it more exciting to meet a fellow countryman in a foreign country!

Leo was a great host, accurate in providing us with directions and quick to respond when we needed some clarification. The house, recently renovated, is in a great location and Leo furnished it with good taste, nothing was missing and also provided us with 4 bicycles! It was a very relaxing stay. Thank you 😊

Bamba was very hospitable and kind. The house is clean, tidy and has everything you need. The area is convenient and well-served and a few minutes' walk away there are two beautiful parks in which to relax after a day of work. Recommended host, I'd go back!

Small accommodation ideal for 2 people, nothing is missing, quiet area, a few boulders from the sea and beach. Ground floor. Clean. Host available and responds quickly.

I think it was better than the pictures. The space was spacious and clean, so it was easy to use. It was also close to the station, so it was good to go.
