Villa vacation rentals in Metropolitan City of Bari

We stayed at Paola's place for a family holiday with 7 people. The location was perfect, having Bari at our doorstep and other interesting places (Matera, Polignano, Alberobello, Monopoli) just under an hour's drive away. The garden is an absolute dream, we stayed in April and the pitosfori plants were in full bloom with an incredible scent - enjoying the evening drawing in outside in the swingchair on the patio was lovely. You can even hear an owl at night! The house is amazing, with an extremely generous living space downstairs and a well equipped kitchen. There's a super cool staircase leading upstairs where there are 4 double bedrooms (2 en-suite). It's absolutely perfect for a family trip or for a group of friends. The sea is a short walk away at the end of the road. Paola is a superb host, she's very caring and responsive and will go out of her way to make sure you're having a good time. We had an absolutely fantastic Easter at Paola's place and can wholeheartedly recommend it!

The house is quietly located almost directly on the sea only about 10 min away from very nice beach coves with sandy beach, also only about 35 min walk from the center of Monopoli - or 5 min by car. Beautiful bedrooms, well-equipped kitchen, large outdoor area by lemon and olive trees. Very nice hostess. Definitely recommend. We had 7 very nice days there. Monopoli is a very lively port city with an enchanting old town and also an interesting cultural offer (e.g. PhEST Photo Festival).

This was a very pleasant staying experience. Accommodation was top notch and views of the Adriatic were excellent. The host was very responsive and accommodating. The kitchen had everything you need for a pleasant staying experience.

This is a beautiful villa in the hills above Fasano with stunning views to the sea which was a 15 minute drive away. It has a great living area inside and a beautiful verandah overlooking the valley to the sea where enjoyed many meals. It also has a lovely pool and pool deck . It was managed by the wonderful Maura who ensured the place was spotlessly clean and looked after us so well! She provided us with a great “welcome pack” of food and wine and she was always available to give advice on things to do and restaurants. She organised a terrific night at a nearby Masseria where we learned to make orricietti, visited the beautiful garden there, were wined and dined and then danced to gypsy music. She also arranged for a driver every time we needed one. It was the perfect stay!

The villa, pool, rooftop, terrazzo and surroundings are stunning. Michele and Cinzia are excellent hosts, very kind and extremely responsive to any requests or questions we had. The villa is museum-like, with beautifully painted ceilings, original tile floors and many original fixtures. The pool was a welcome respite every day, even when others were using it (it is shared by anyone staying in the apartments on-site). The grounds are exquisite and provide a quiet sanctuary. If only the mosquitoes hadn’t made it difficult to enjoy the outdoor areas more often. Bring mosquito repellent. Even so, the mosquitoes were no match for this one of a kind, once in a lifetime place!

Beautiful place and communication with the host was exceptional. Place was very clean and well kept and the housekeeper was there every morning. The location is just off a beaten path, so you definitely need a car if you are planning to stay there. Only downside is that the beds are really uncomfortable. Would definitely recommend.

Andrea and his wife are the nicest people in Italy ! They helped us in every matter, supported when we had difficulties, met our needs. They helped with transportation, Andrea was available whenever we needed. Smiling, kind, and helpful. The place is conducive to rest, relaxation, and well-equipped. The pool is the best addition, cleaned and tidy daily. The home is full of family warmth and Italian vibes. Well-equipped kitchen. My family and I felt like we were staying with friends. Highly recommended, peace and quiet. Perfect for getting away from it all. We'll definitely be back!

Such a lovely home with a nice garden, plus grapes you can literally pick off the vine and eat. Eight of us fit comfortably and really enjoyed our stay. We were only 10-30 min away from a lot of the surrounding towns (Monopoli, Alberobello, Polignano a Mare) which made it easy to take quick day trips using our rental cars. Kirstin and Mira were very welcoming and responsive. Would stay here again!

Paul’s place was absolutely fantastic! From the easy check in and check out provided by Domenico to the most gorgeous home! Paul has thought of everything that a family would want in a cozy home like atmosphere, a beautifully landscaped outdoor space, large pool and total security. High tech appliances and modern decor give the space even more appeal. Paul was on call 24/7 to help us with anything we required. All in all a 5 star plus experience!

This villa is spectacular. The house, pool and gardens are fantastic, and the location provides very quiet and peaceful surroundings, and is also ideally located to go to the beautiful town of Locorotondo. We also drove to the local beaches very easily and visited Alberobello. Maria was a great host and communicated with us proactively on arrangements for our trip, and also helped with a number of recommendations and arrangements to make our holiday perfect. Maria met us at check-in and check-out and made sure we had all the instructions for the villa. The villa was also fully equipped with everything needed, with all equipment to the highest standards. We would highly recommend this villa and we will definitely be back for another holiday there...

A really beautiful location to relax for a week with friends. Two beautiful cats were always wandering around as well which always helps! An excellent spot for large groups of friends and family.

The Villa is beautiful, well appointed and perfectly maintained. If offers great privacy and the setting is gorgeous inside and outside. The outdoor space offers so much and is beautiful. You will not be disappointed. And the people that work there to maintain the property are exceptional. Special shout out and thank you to Daniela , would was Spectacular! She made the Villa shine all the more. And Imma, the chef , I highly recommend.

We had a great time at Villa Iside. Roberto and his team are incredibly friendly, attentive, helpful and warm. Our questions and concerns were answered very quickly and communication went smoothly. Particularly noteworthy is the welcome dinner – it was just fantastic! A great way to enjoy the Italian cuisine and feel right at home. We highly recommend this place (as a vacation rental as well as for a workation) and look forward to the next visit!

Fabulous place to stay with our family. Very spacious , nice decor , outdoor area and pool is fabulous . Need a car to drive to all the local towns. Went to a great local restaurant that host booked for us . Would highly recommend this place .

My husband,two teenage daughters and I had a wonderful time at Stefano’s. The outside pool area and garden are incredible. And while we didn’t use it much because of high winds the week we were there, it was wonderful to be in such a quiet, peaceful, private spot whilst being never more that 10-25 minutes drive from restaurants, ancient towns, hilltop cities and of course gelato. Stefano arranged for Laura to come to our house to teach us to make pasta and focaccia which was a perfect experience and a great meal and another night we had an olive oil and wine tarting with dinner at Monsignore which I would also highly recommend. The house is small but perfectly formed and the garden is huge, perfect proportions to rest and relax after a day exploring. Stefano went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience. Would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time in Puglia and Giuseppe's house was perfectly located to visit the nice towns. We loved the peace around the house, the private atmosphere, the nature and the possibility to actually live outside (we ate our breakfast outside and could use the outside kitchen therefore). The pool is a nice extra and so is the relax space around the pool. We loved the slow mornings before we left for our daily visits. The communication with Domenico was perfect and he helped us immediately if we had questions. I can only recommend Giuseppe's place for a family of four.

We stayed at Torre Gigliano for 3 nights in April as a break from a long drive between the UK and eastern Europe. Alessandra was a generous and friendly host, on hand but not intrusive and was flexible with our check-in time when our ferry crossing was changed significantly. The tower was the most perfect place to rest and relax for a few days with both indoor and outdoor space being truly magical. The tower is beautifully presented and we found everything impeccably clean and all facilities exactly as described. The outdoor space is equally stunning with acres of olive groves to wander within (ideal for dogs), a beautifully clean small pool and each of the four sides of the tower offering a different place to sit and relax. We planned to leave the tower and explore Ruvo and the surroundings but found the place just too difficult to leave. Thank you Alessandra.

We had a great stay, the house is peacefully located and you can enjoy a private outdoor area. The pool was great, with good sun loungers. Two great bathrooms, but a little small kitchen that may not be suitable if you are going to cook a lot. However, it is a short distance by car to all great sights nearby, and Danielle was very helpful with good recommendations for food and drinks.

Absolutely wonderful! I stayed for four weeks and the property had everything I could want. The apartment was clean and honestly larger than I was expecting. The entire property is gated, so it felt incredibly safe and peaceful. Ippazio’s gardens are absolutely stunning and there was nothing more relaxing than sitting by his pool. Ippazio was an amazing host—very kind and always responded quickly to any questions. He gave a bunch of great recommendations for local restaurants and stores. The absolute highlight of my entire trip was Kitty, the little black cat who lives on the property who was one of the sweetest cats I’ve ever met! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

we had the most fantastic time in the trullo of Claudia and Lucia!! They are the best hosts you can think of and embody the idea of airbnb in best possible way. if you want to get to know Pulia, you are in perfect hands. the house is beautiful, the garden is a little oasis and the pool is perfect for hot area. Monopoli near by is amazing and don't miss all the wonderful food + wine (ask Claudio ;-). all in all a wonderful holiday.

We immediately felt at home welcomed by Annalisa and her husband. The property is perfect in everything, amenities, air conditioning, large convivial spaces both inside and outside. A sheltered and quiet location in the countryside but easy to get to and convenient to visit the beautiful surroundings.
